In the event that you renew your supporting documentation (expiry of the large family card or other circumstances), you must present the renewal in order to continue enjoying the corresponding bonus or gratuity.

Accrediting documentation:

Original and photocopy of the large family certificate in force on the start date of the course. If you present your individual card and the number of siblings is not listed, you must bring the document proving this.

What can I do if my large family title has expired?

If the large family title has expired, you must present a receipt issued by the Department of Welfare and Family or an equivalent body that proves that it is in the process of renewal and, before November 30, you must present the renewed and valid card in the start date of the course, as established by current regulations.

What discount am I entitled to?

Requirements:

Documentation accrediting the status of victim of gender-based violence in the area of ​​the couple (At the time of registration you must present one of these documents):

a) Conviction for a crime of gender violence.

b) Protection order or any other court decision that agrees to a precautionary measure in favor of the victim.

c) Report from the Public Prosecutor's Office indicating the existence of the applicant being a victim of gender violence.

d) Report or certificate accrediting that the applicant is being treated as a victim of gender violence, issued by any of the following services:

  • Social Services.
  • Action Unit to Combat Family and Gender-Based Violence, from the General Directorate of Families of the Department of Labor, Social Affairs and Families.
  • Specialized Intervention Services (SIE).
  • Information and Attention Services for Women (SIAD).
  • Crime Victim Care Office.
  • Public reception resource
  • Entity subsidized by a specific public administration for the care of women victims of gender violence.
  • Report of the Labor and Social Security Inspectorate. Validity of the documentation:

a) In the case of a conviction for a crime of gender violence:

  • If the firm sentence is less than 2 years, the condition will be maintained for 2 years.
  • If the firm sentence is between 2 and 4 years, the condition will be maintained for 4 years.
  • If the firm sentence is longer than 4 years, the condition will be maintained for the duration of the sentence.

b) In the case of a protection order, precautionary measure or report from the Public Prosecutor's Office, the condition will be maintained for a minimum of one year or for the duration of the precautionary measures if it is longer.

c) The certificate or report of victim services will be valid during the calendar year of issue. For the purposes of proving the relationship of dependence of the children of victims of gender-based violence in the area of ​​the couple, the following documentation must be submitted:

a) Family book, in the case of sons or daughters up to the age of 21.

b) Certificate of cohabitation of the family unit in the case of sons or daughters over 21 years of age.

Accrediting documentation:

What discount am I entitled to?

TecnoCampus has agreements with companies, some of which provide for the discount on the tuition of their studies to working people. The existence of an agreement with the TecnoCampus is not, in itself, a determinant of the discount, but it must be expressly regulated.

If you are an employee of a company that has an agreement with TecnoCampus, you need to check with your company that the registration discount is regulated and that you meet the conditions to be able to enjoy it.

Economic effects of tuition

What are the effects of not paying tuition?

The fact of not carrying out the payment of the tuition, or of some of its extensions / modifications or of some of its fractions in the terms established by the university, will be able to give rise to the temporary suspension of the rights of the student and, if applicable, may give rise to the cancellation of the registration and the effects that this has produced without the right to any refund.

This suspension of rights or subsequent cancellation does not, however, result in termination from the University, so in the event that you wish to resume your studies, you must pay the amounts due to the University, and the scheme will apply. of permanence (the corresponding calls would be counted). Any request for transfer or other procedure with the University could not be answered until your situation is regularized with the payment of the tuition fee.

Payment of outstanding amounts for enrollment in previous courses will be required as a precondition for enrollment or issuance of degrees or certificates.

Ministry Scholarships: Students applying for a scholarship to the MEC must pay the full amount of the tuition fee. Scholarship students will be paid the amount awarded by the Ministry. The amount will be paid into the bank account indicated by the student, once the Ministry has paid it to the University. In the event that the student has any outstanding payments with TecnoCampus, the scholarship will be partially or fully compensated with the outstanding amount.

The total or partial refund of the registration fee is refunded in the following cases:

a) When the student has been reassigned to another center by the pre-registration office: the amount already paid for the enrolled credits will be refunded, except for the tuition and academic transcript management costs (The presentation of the supporting document is required) . In the event that the student re-registers or requests a change of preferences while enrolled in one of the university centers of TecnoCampus, there will be no refund of the registration fee.

b) When, after formalizing the registration, there are modifications of the schedules, of the foreseen dates of examinations or administrative errors are detected: the student will be able to request the rectification of the registration with right of return of the paid amount in excess if this results from the new registration.

c) When the student requests in writing the renunciation of the matrícula before the date of start of course: will refund the amount paid except the expenses of management of matrícula and academic record.

d) When the student requests in writing the renunciation of the matrícula once initiated the course will take into account the following suppositions:

  • Cancellation made between the start date of the course and November 30: the difference between the amount paid minus 600 euros and the costs of managing tuition and academic transcript will be refunded. If the amount paid is less than 600 euros, the difference will be claimed.
     
  • Cancellation made by new students who have joined the studies once the academic year has begun: the amount paid will be refunded, except for the costs of managing tuition and academic transcript, provided that the resignation letter is made within the deadline. of 15 calendar days after the date of enrollment. If the resignation is made after this period, the difference between the amount paid minus 600 euros and the costs of managing tuition and academic transcript will be refunded.
     
  • Cancellation made by students of the last year of degree with an enrollment equal to or less than 26 credits: the amount paid will be refunded except for the costs of tuition and academic record management as long as the resignation letter is made between the date of course start and on November 30th.

Outside these deadlines, the student will be registered and will have to pay the total registration fee.

e) In exceptional and / or occurring cases, with the corresponding justification, the total or partial refund of the registration may be studied at the request of the interested party.

If the student has paid the full amount of the registration and resigns the place will be resolved from the 
as follows:


a) If the resignation is made before the start of the master's degree, the amount paid in will be lost

b) If the resignation is made within the month following the start date of the program, the student 
will have the right to request a refund of 20% of the registration fee paid (except 
Management of academic record and Insurance).


c) Outside these terms the student will be registered as enrolled and will not be entitled to any 
refund in case of cancellation.
