What is GREEN UP?

A program structured in 3 blocks that combines:

Group sessions

To inspire, learn and share experiences.

Individual sessions

To adapt the content to the specific reality of each company.

Practical tools

To define your own Circularity Plan.

UPCOMING GROUP SESSIONS

TRANSFORMATION BLOCK: FROM REFLECTION TO ACTION

It will provide tools and practical knowledge to move towards business model transformation, encouraging collective learning and cross-inspiration.

 
 
CIRCULARITY STRATEGIES SESSION: THE R'S
 
 

Goals:

  • Learn about the different circularity strategies based on the Rs.
  • Understand how to apply them in different sectors.

Key contents:

  • The 11 Rs.
  • Practical cases and good practices.
  • Dynamics to identify which R's are most relevant for each participant.

Date: May 12, from 15:30 p.m. to 18 p.m.

 

REVERSE LOGISTICS SESSION
 
 

Goals:

  • Understand the role of reverse logistics in the circular economy.
  • Explore models for the return, collection and reintroduction of materials.

Key contents:

  • Return and recovery systems.
  • Operational and economic challenges.

DIGITIZATION AND CIRCULAR ECONOMY SESSION
 
 

Goals:

  • Show how digitalization can enable circularity.
  • Identify key technologies.

Key contents:

  • Traceability, data, digital platforms, IoT.
  • Examples of real application.

BUSINESS STRATEGY SESSION: CIRCULARITY PLAN
 
 

Goals:

  • Integrate circularity into business strategy.
  • Provide guidelines for the development of a circularity plan.

Key contents:

  • Definition of objectives, actions, indicators and governance.
  • Alignment with business strategy.

SYSTEMIC AND COLLABORATIVE VISION BLOCK

To consolidate learning, close the process and identify opportunities for collaboration and synergies.

  • Introduce systemic thinking applied to the circular economy.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration with other agents.

  • Circular economy as a system
  • Roles of companies, administration, university and society.
