El Maria Canals porta cua Come to the TecnoCampus for another year!

The Maria Canals piano competition, founded in 1954, is aimed at young performers from all over the world between the ages of 17 and 29. One of the activities related to the contest is "El Maria Canals porta cua", which consists of placing grand pianos in various public spacesare available to anyone who wants to touch them.

For two years, the TecnoCampus has hosted one of these pianos in its university space, thus contributing to breaking down the social, cultural and mental barriers that exist among the majority of the population in relation to music.

This year, the 69th Maria Canals International Music Competition in Barcelona will be held from March 10 to 21 at the Palau de la Música Catalana. We invite you all to come and enjoy this event, where you will have the opportunity to listen to the best young pianists in the world. Plus, you'll find an exclusive discount code below! 

 
WHEN AND WHERE WILL THE PIANO BE IN THE TECHNOCAMPUS?

The piano will be available to all February 29 in the entrance hall of the TCM1 building of the Tecnocampus, from 11 am and until 18:30 pm about.

The objectives of this activity are to work on body awareness and breathing, through appropriate exercises and choral repertoire in order to be able to sing experiencing the musicality and physical possibilities of the body itself which consequently aim to lead us to the right use of vocal emission and its individual and collective enjoyment.
