At TecnoCampus, CONNECT with music and the body!

El Maria Canals porta cua it was another year at TecnoCampus!

This initiative consists of making grand pianos available to anyone who wants to play them.

The main objective is to break down the social and cultural barriers that have traditionally hindered the majority's access to musical practice, especially in the field of classical music and piano.

WHEN AND WHERE DID WE HAVE THE PIANO IN THE TECNOCAMPUS?

The piano was available to everyone on February 28 in the Plaça del Tecnocampus. 

In addition, there were various musical activities such as choral concerts that allowed us to enjoy a day full of music and fun.

VIDEO CONTEST "DO YOU PLAY?"

In this competition we invited you to record a video of yourself playing the piano, whatever your level, age and musical style. 

The winners of the best videos were able to play a grand piano at the Palau de la Música Catalana!

Live with satisfaction the experience of choral music through the body for the correct use of the voice as a vocal instrument, through proposed exercises and works from the contemporary musical repertoire:

  • Here comes the sun
  • When I'm sixty-four 
  • throw yourself away
  • Lollipop
  • Farther from the tomorrow that is already approaching
  • Good news (spiritual)

The objectives of this activity are to work on body awareness and breathing, through appropriate exercises and choral repertoire in order to be able to sing experiencing the musicality and physical possibilities of the body itself which consequently aim to lead us to the right use of vocal emission and its individual and collective enjoyment.
