Online reputation: why do opinions change everything in the hotel world?
5 stars doesn't mean luxury. It means expectations met. A "the bed was comfortable" can be worth more than a spa. And a "we'll never come back" can make you lose dozens of reservations.
In this workshop, we will talk about how guests experience their stay, what they really remember when they leave, and how a simple opinion can affect a hotel's reputation (and revenue).
We'll discover what makes an experience unforgettable (for better or worse), and how tourism professionals can turn every detail into an opportunity to stand out.
