Procedures for requesting recognition of RAC Credits

These recognitions can be requested at any time during the studies, once the activity has been completed and as long as during the activity the relevant documents have been developed to validate the participation of the applicant for credit recognition.

They can be incorporated up to a maximum of 6 elective credits throughout the course and those studies that are not double degrees.

The request for credit recognition of university activities must be accompanied by the documentation that accredits its completion and, in the case of projects  presented at the initiative of the students or by participation, of a memory in which there is a summary of the activity carried out by the student, the results achieved and the hours spent, together with an endorsement from the person responsible for the project.

Consult beforehand the procedure specified in the catalog of approved Rac credits for the corresponding course.

Tell the person in charge of the activity that you want to process the recognition of Crèdits RAC.

If it is a UACU activity:

  1.  Presents the report: You must submit the activity report to the UACU by email
  2.  Process activation validation email: Wait for the e-mail from the project manager to inform you that the application is suitable and you can continue with the procedure.
  3. Do the procedure by e-secretariat: Make the request for recognition of Crèdits RAC through the e-secretariat when the person in charge indicates it by e-mail or through another established channel.

El deadline for submission of applications is from the beginning of the academic year until May 31 of the same course. Applications submitted after the established date will be included in the following academic year.
