Call for Financial Aid 2026

On Monday, November 17, 2025, the resolution of the call for grants to associations was approved, for the carrying out of activities during the 2025-26 academic year. The financial allocation for the 2025-2026 academic year is €11.700, divided into two installments and amounts: 

  • €8.190 in the first term, representing 70% of the total to be distributed.
  • €3.510 in the second installment, represents the remaining 30% of the total to be distributed.

These grants are intended for associations registered in the TecnoCampus Associations Register, who can submit a single application per call to finance the activities they carry out during the course.

  • Application period: From 17 to 28 November 2025
  • Budget allocation is managed by the University Community Service Unit.

Application procedure

To participate, entities must complete the application form and submit the following documentation (available in the Event Archives section of the call form): 

  • Form nº1 – Benefit request, signed by the legal representative of the association. 
  • Form nº2 – Activity details, including description, expected schedule and detailed budget. 
  • Form nº3 – Budget summary, with expenses and income forecast. 
  • Certification of the number of partners TecnoCampus students, according to the model provided by the center. 
  • Report on activities from the previous year, with the total budget of the activities carried out. 

Once the documentation has been submitted, the amount awarded to each activity will be assessed in accordance with the published criteria, taking into account the budgetary limitation and the number of applications received. 

 

Beneficiaries and Requirements

Associations registered in the TecnoCampus Register of Associations can request aid to carry out their activities. Each association can submit only one application per call.

They may be subject to financial aid:    
a) Those actions carried out by groups registered in the TecnoCampus Register of Associations, which inform, train, energize the university center and encourage student participation, as long as they do not disturb the normal development of their activity. 

b) Those actions carried out by the associative fabric of the TecnoCampus that facilitate the correct exercise of the representative functions of the applicant group, in those cases where one of its members has to travel to participate in a congress, seminar or meeting 

c) Purchase of material and/or the hiring of essential services for the development of the specific activity of the indicated beneficiary groups.

The activities subject to aid must meet the following conditions: 

a) When the planned activities take place at the TecnoCampus, they must be during the day, between 9am and 21pm. 

b) The activities carried out in the vicinity of the TecnoCampus must have been authorized by the competent bodies. Otherwise, they must have the corresponding validation from the competent body, in order to receive the aid from this call.  

c) Under no circumstances will financial aid be given to activities contrary to the institution's values, activities with a profit-making purpose or in which the consumption of alcoholic beverages is promoted or the University's facilities are damaged. 

d) The activities provided for here must respect current legislation and not violate the regulations of the TecnoCampus. During the development of the activity, the collective or association that promotes it must take care of the environment and the facilities of the TecnoCampus, as well as the lent material, where applicable. Otherwise, the collective or association is fully responsible for the damages caused.

Who resolves requests

The resolution of the call will be sent with an abbreviated communication to the associations that have applied for financial aid by e-mail. 

The complete minutes will be available at UACU, one day after the date of the resolution, for the consultation of student associations registered in TecnoCampus.

Call for activity requests 2025-26

From October 6, the call for applications to organize university activities within the TecnoCampus Association Network will open.

Submission deadline: October 20, 2025.
The proposals submitted will be evaluated for pre-authorization, in accordance with current regulations.

Resolution of the 2025-2026 call

Attached below is the report of the evaluation committee regarding the provisional proposal ofawarding grants to the associative network of the Tecnocampus to promote and boost its activity in the 2025/2026 academic year.

Settlement 2025-26

  • The associations must present the documentation corresponding to the first settlement of 2026, in this platform before February 28.
  • If the project that has received aid is not carried out, the association will be obliged to notify of the cancellation of the same and, if this is the case, to return the money that has already been given to it in the first transfer of 70%. In the event of breach of this obligation, the TecnoCampus may reject any request for future financial aid.
  • Any request for aid granted that has not been properly justified during the settlement will lose the right to any payment.
  • Likewise, if the total justified amount is lower than the aid granted, the right to collect from the non-justified part will be lost.
  • The associations are legal persons and as such, according to article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations, they are obliged to relate through electronic means with public administrations.

How to submit the settlement for the TecnoCampus Associations?

Documentation that must be presented to process the settlement on this platform:

1. Settlement form: Includes the details of the Association and the representative, the bank details (*), the summary of the total budget allocated to the activities and the report (summary) of these. 

2. Activity settlement sheet: For each activity carried out, a specific sheet must be filled out. The activities must be numbered and ordered. 

3. Annex: Includes proof of payment (tickets or invoices) associated with each activity. You must present it below on the corresponding activity sheet, pasted on A4 size paper and following the order of the detailed budget. 

NOTE: : It is essential that you attach a document signed by the banking institution that certifies the validity of the account number current of the Association. 

Important considerations: 

  • If the project is not carried out, the Association will have to return the money received. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in exclusion from future calls for grants.
  • Any aid that is not properly justified during the settlement may be partially or completely denied.
  • Associations are obliged to interact with public administrations through electronic means, according to article 14.2 of Law 39/2015.

Payment of the amount awarded to the Teixit Associaitu Grants

Once all documentation has been submitted and reviewed, the payment of the grants will take place between the end of February and the beginning of March. Payments will be made after the correct payment of the grant, by bank transfer to the account number provided.

Associations must be in the TecnoCampus association register. These are the profile of groups that can request this aid.

The call for aid will open on November 1, 2024.

You must specify the activities you want to carry out during the course (1st term, 2nd term and 3rd term).

The scores indicated below for each activity presented, in relation to each of the following criteria, will be considered for the assessment of applications and the awarding of financial aid:

- With one or more associations: up to 4 points
- With the Healthy Campus (CS) or Equality Unit: up to 7 points
- With the Healthy Campus and Equality Unit: 10 points

Plan for attracting, disseminating and visualizing the activity and the TecnoCampus* (up to 10 points)
* For this assessment, the report justifying the application must be added to the application. marketing plan What will be developed. This can be specified in the activity report or can be justified separately with a general plan for all the activities that will be developed during the course.  

Degree of compliance with the activities proposed in the previous call (**): up to 10 points.
** For this assessment, it will be necessary to add to the application the memory of the activities carried out at the period immediately previous for which the assistance is requested. This report must include the total budget for the activities carried out.  

In this sense, the maximum score that can be achieved is 80 points. 

The liquidation of the grants will take place during the first and second quarter of the current year. 70% will be paid in the second quarter of the aid approved, i in the third quarter, after presentation of the annual settlement, the remaining 30% of the grant will be paid, once the corresponding documentation has been submitted. The last payment will be made after the correct settlement. 

Associations that need it, can request an advance or an advance of the aid granted.

A request must be made to the Service of the University Community Care Unit, by means of a general request by email, and each case and need will be assessed.

In order to carry out any activity within the university premises, the association must request it here. Once the form has been received, the UACU will contact you to manage the request. Remember that the request must be made 3 weeks before the activity to be carried out. 

In order to be able to collect the total amount of aid granted, and according to article 18 of the regulations governing the Associational Fabric, it is necessary to submit the correct payment to the University Community Service Unit with the documentation indicated by the same regulations.

In the event that the activity has not been carried out in the end or that all the supporting invoices for the expenses generated for its execution are not provided, the Evaluation Commission may cancel the grant in whole or in part in proportion to the expenses accredited

In the event that the Evaluation Commission decides to cancel the grant entirely, the collective is obliged to return the amount received within a maximum period of 30 days from the notification of the resolution. In the event that it is decided to partially cancel the granting of an aid, the group is only entitled to collect the proportional part of it and must return, within a maximum period of 30 days from the notification of the resolution, the difference that you have overcharged.
