 CALL 2023-2024: The application period is from March 27 to May 17, 2023.

 

Purpose

Facilitate access to university studies through tuition grants and other concepts, under the principle of equal opportunities.

Ministry of Education and Vocational Training

Who can apply

People taking official university degree and/or university master's studies at a university in Catalonia or at the UOC.
Scholarships for specialization studies or own qualifications are not included in this call.

Apply within the deadline, even if you do not know what you will study, or even if you do not know whether you will study or not.

The application must be submitted electronically through the electronic headquarters of the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training at the electronic address: https://www.educacionyfp.gob.es/servicios-al-ciudadano/catalogo/general/05/050130/ficha/050130-2023.html

Documentation to be provided

As a general rule, no document is required to apply for the scholarship. Only in very specific cases that will be indicated in the document that you will obtain once the application has been submitted together with the receipt of the application. However, at any time during the procedure, the contribution of the documents justifying the circumstances alleged in the application may be required.

If the Ministry or the AGAUR, once the application has been processed, requires you to provide additional documentation, it will do so through the portal  gencat procedures  of the Generalitat de Catalunya and you will also have to present it through this portal.

How to check the status of your scholarship

The processing of scholarship applications managed by the AGAUR is carried out through the portal Gencat procedures from the website of the Generalitat de Catalunya. To access your Private Area and check the status of the scholarship application, the student will be provided with an identification code (ID code of the current call), which will be sent to the e-mail address listed in the application. This ID code will be used to access the Private Area of ​​the scholarship procedure and follow up on the application.

The ID code does not correspond to the locator on the receipt of the scholarship applied for.

Collection of the scholarship:

TecnoCampus students who apply for a general scholarship must pay the full amount of the registration fee. Scholarship recipients will receive the amount awarded by the Ministry in the bank account that the student has indicated in the scholarship application, once the Ministry has paid it to the University. In the event that the student has an outstanding payment with TecnoCampus, the scholarship will be partially or fully compensated with the outstanding amount.
