TecnoCampus Scholarships

Purpose

The purpose of these rules is to call for study grants for students at TecnoCampus university centers who are starting undergraduate university studies for the first time. These grants are intended to cover the payment of tuition fees and expenses not related to the provision of academic services, such as the acquisition of teaching materials, subsistence or travel.

Convening entity

They are an initiative of the TecnoCampus Foundation, which, as a non-profit organization dedicated to education, wants to make it available to all citizens who wish to do so, with the basic aim of facilitating access to university education. of quality to those students, who despite having a remarkable academic performance, for economic reasons cannot access to pursue university degree studies.

Status of the call

Call for the 2022-2023 academic year: The call will be open from April 25 to May 24, 2022 at 14:00 p.m.

Who can apply

Beneficiaries of these scholarships may be people who meet the following requirements:

• Enroll for the first time in TecnoCampus of the first full year of university studies of degree assigned to the pre-registration university call of June.

Students who are affected by a degree of disability equal to or greater than 65% may reduce the teaching load required to meet the enrollment requirement to a maximum of 50%.

• Be under 22 years of age at the time of application.
• Not to exceed the disposable family income thresholds and the property thresholds established in point 8 of these bases.

Persons who are already in possession of an official university degree or who meet the legal requirements for obtaining it are excluded from the call.

IMPORTANT:

• The form only allows one application per student and cannot be modified or extended after it has been submitted. It is essential to attach the required documentation and documentation that does not comply with the provisions of point 5 of the rules will not be accepted. Therefore, before submitting the form, make sure that you have all the documentation and that it is correct.
• The period for submitting applications and submitting documentation is from April 25 to May 24, 2022 at 14 p.m. and the order of submission does not affect the outcome of the award.
• Submitting the form will automatically generate the assigned registration number and delivery confirmation.

Documentation to be provided

The documentation specified in point 5.1 must be attached to the aid applications. of the bases:

a) Income tax return submitted for the year 2021 by all members of the economic and family unit, to which you may attach a sworn statement of the circumstances you deem appropriate. 

b) In the event that any member is not required to file an income tax return: Tax data document for the 2021 financial year issued by the Tax Agency (mandatory), notification of pension, photocopy of previous year's payroll , company income certificate (form 190), or the amount granted as a benefit / subsidy (unemployment, or any other income). In any case, TecnoCampus may request to supplement the information provided with other documents. 

c) Sworn statement according to the model indicated in Annex II of these bases, according to the total income of the computable family unit for the financial year 2021, are those accredited with the documentation submitted. 

d) If the student claims financial independence, he / she must prove the ownership of the home with a photocopy of the lease agreement or deeds of his / her usual home. 

e) Historical certificate of collective cohabitation that includes all the members of the family unit, issued by the municipality of residence, stating the members on 31 December 2021. 

f) Photocopy of the DNI, NIE or passport of all the members of the economic and family unit. 

g) Official academic certificate issued by the center in which the Baccalaureate or CFGS studies are being studied or have been completed, stating the average transcript of all the courses. In the event that the center is not yet in a position to issue the certificate, a certificate issued by the center must be provided stating the provisional grades of the different subjects taken (of all courses) and the average grade of the transcript. obtained so far. In any case, the certificate with the file closed and the average grade must be provided before June 17.

h) Receipt of application for the general scholarship of the Ministry.

The maximum period to resolve is 1 month, counting from the day after the end of the deadline for submitting applications and in any case before the end of the university pre-registration period.
