What are TecnoCampus Scholarships?

 

The main objective is to facilitate access to quality university education for students with remarkable academic performance who, for economic reasons, might have difficulty accessing it. 

These are grants intended to cover the cost of enrolled credits and other expenses related to university studies, such as teaching materials, living expenses or travel.

How many scholarships are offered and what is their amount?

For the 2025-2026 academic year, the total allocation of the program is 30 scholarships, distributed in three categories according to the score obtained:

  • 5 scholarships of €5.000 each

  • 10 scholarships of €3.500 each

  • 15 scholarships of €2.500 each

These scholarships can be renewed annually until the completion of studies, provided that the established requirements are met. 

In the case of double degrees, the scholarship covers only the first four academic years.

 

What are the requirements to apply for these scholarships? 

To be a beneficiary, you must meet the following requirements: 

  • Enrolling for the first time at TecnoCampus en el curs 2025-2026 del primer curs íntegre d'uns estudis universitaris de grau i have been assigned in the university pre-registration for the June call.
  • Be under 22 years old at the time of submitting the application.
  • Not exceeding income and assets thresholds established in the bases of the call
  • Have applied for the Ministry's general scholarship per a estudis postobligatoris per al curs 2025-2026. 

Els estudiants que estiguin afectats de discapacitat d'un grau igual o superior al 65% poden reduir la càrrega lectiva necessària per cumplir el requisit de matrícula fins a un màxim del 50%. 

Aquells que ja posseeixen una titulació universitària oficial o compleixen els requisits legals per obtenir-la no poden optar a aquestes beques.

What is the deadline for submitting the application? 

El formulari estarà actiu durant el termini establert a la convocatòria, del 24/04/2025 al 23/05/2025 a les 14h.
 

How can I apply for the scholarship? 

La beca se sol·licita on line, mitjançant el formulari que trobaràs a continuació, in which s'ha adjuntar tota la documentació obligatòria.

IMPORTANT:

 

- El formulari només permet presentar una sol·licitud per estudiant i no es pot modificar o ampliar després d’haver estat presentat. Per tant, no comencis a emplenar-lo fins que tinguis tots els documents preparats. Recorda que la documentació és de presentació obligatòria.

- L’únic document que pots presentar fora del termini de sol·licitud de la beca (i com a màxim el dia 16 de juny) és el Certificat acadèmic oficial expedit pel centre en el que es cursen o s’han cursat els estudis de Batxillerat  o CFGS amb l’expedient tancat i la nota mitjana. En cap cas s'acceptaran certificats acadèmics provisionals. 

 

 

- Abans d’enviar el formulari, comprova que les dades personals que has informat siguin correctes, t’enviarem les comunicacions relatives a la beca al correu electrònic que hagis indicat.

- L’ordre de presentació de les sol·licituds no afecta al resultat de l’adjudicació.

- L'enviament del formulari genera automàticament el número de registre assignat i la confirmació del lliurament, que s'envia al correu electrònic que has informat en el formulari. Cal que conservis el número de registre, serà necessari per consultar l'estat de la sol·licitud. 

Quina documentació és obligatori presentar per sol·licitar la beca?

Economic documentation

 

- Declaració de la renda de l'exercici 2024 (presentada l'any 2025) de tots els membres de la unitat econòmica i familiar. 

If any member is not required to submit it: 

- Document de dades fiscals emès per l'Agència Tributària. 

- En cas d'existir algun ingrés, prestació, subsidi o similar que no consti en la declaració de renda o en el document de dades fiscals, s'han d'aportar els documents justificatius. 

- Affidavit of income and assets segons model indicar a l'annex II de les bases. Aquest ha de ser signat per l’estudiant. Pots descarregar-ho a continuació:

- Si l'estudiant al·lega independència econòmica, ha de presentar el contracte d'arrendament o escriptura del seu habitatge habitual que acrediti la seva titularitat.

- Fotocòpia del DNI, NIE o passaport de tots els membres de la unitat econòmica i familiar.

- Certificat de convivència col·lectiu that includes all members of the family unit as of 31/12/2024 (issued by the city council). 

- Declaració jurada relativa a la unitat familiar (segons model indicat a l'annex III de les bases): document on es declaren els membres que residien al domicili a 31/12/2024. Aquest ha de ser signat per l’estudiant. Pots descarregar-ho a continuació:

Academic documentation
 

- Certificat acadèmic oficial expedit pel centre en el que es cursen o s'han cursat els estudis de batxillerat o CFGS (amb expedient tancat i nota mitjana). Aquest certificat s'haurà de portar com a màxim durant el dia 16 June, 2025. En cap cas s'acceptaràn certificats acadèmics provisionals.

When will you know if you have been awarded the scholarship?

The call will be resolved before the end of the university pre-registration period. Therefore, if after knowing the result you want to change your pre-registration preferences, you will still be able to do so.
