Purpose

The following rules relate to the call to apply for study grants for students from the TecnoCampus university centres who are starting undergraduate courses for the first time in the 2024/2025 academic year. These grants are intended to cover the payment of credits enrolled on and expenses not related to the provision of academic services, such as the acquisition of teaching materials, living expenses or travel.

Convening entity

They are an initiative of the TecnoCampus Foundation, which as a non-profit organization dedicated to education wants to make this scholarship program available to all citizens who want it, with the basic objective of facilitating the 'access to a quality university education for those students who, despite having a remarkable academic performance, for financial reasons cannot access university degree studies.

Status of the call

Call for academic year 2024/2025: The call will be open from 25/04/2024 until 24/05/2024 at 14 p.m.

Who can apply

Beneficiaries of these scholarships may be people who meet the following requirements:

  • Enroll for the first time in TecnoCampus in the 2024/25 academic year of the first full year of university degree studies and have been assigned to the university pre-registration for the June call. Students who are affected by a disability of a degree equal to or greater than 65%, may reduce the teaching load necessary to meet the enrollment requirement up to a maximum of 50%.
  • Be under 22 years of age at the time of application.
  • Not to exceed the income and assets thresholds established in point 8 of the rules.
  • Have applied for the Ministry's general scholarship for post-compulsory studies for the 2024/2025 academic year.

Persons who are already in possession of an official university degree or who meet the legal requirements for obtaining it are excluded from the call.

Application procedure and presentation of documentation

Online: through this FORM which will be available during the period established in the call. 

IMPORTANT:

  • Before starting to fill in the form, you must verify that you have all the required documentation and that it corresponds exactly to what is detailed in point 5 of the rules. All documentation is mandatory.
  • Before sending the form, you must check that the information provided is correct.
  • The form allows only one application per student and cannot be modified or extended after it has been submitted. Therefore, it should not be submitted if you do not have all the documentation.
  • If on May 24th you still do not have the official academic certificate issued by the center in which you are taking or have taken your Baccalaureate or CFGS studies with the file closed and the average grade, submit the application form and attach the rest of the documentation. You can provide the aforementioned academic certificate no later than June 16, 2024. Under no circumstances will provisional academic certificates be accepted. 
  • The order in which applications are submitted does not affect the outcome of the award.
  • Submitting the form automatically generates the assigned registration number and delivery confirmation, which is sent to the email provided in the application. You must keep the registration number, it will be needed to check the status of the application.

Documentation to be provided

In the same application form, the detailed documentation must be provided in point 5 of the rules of the call. It is important that the documentation you provide corresponds exactly with what is required in the rules.

Deadline for application and submission of documentation

The deadline for submitting applications and documentation will begin on 25/04/2024 and end on 24/05/2024 at 14 p.m.

Follow-up of the application

In this section you can consult the various documents relating to the follow-up of your request. You will need the registration number that has been assigned to your application in order to check the status of your application.

Resolution

The maximum deadline for resolving and notifying the resolution will be before the end of the university pre-registration period. After the resolution period has passed, if an express resolution has not been issued and notified, the request will be considered dismissed.
