Permanence and Progression Regime

Regulations on permanence and progression

Consult the retention criteria in force since the 2020-2021 academic year and the specific regulations for your degree. Includes access to PDF documents by department, to plan your academic itinerary.

Continuation of studies

Procedure for first-year students who have not passed 50% of the initial credits and wish to continue the same studies. This must be requested via e-Secretaria, providing documentation to support the reasons.

Progression of studies

Allows you to register for higher course subjects during the 2nd and 3rd trimesters or request exceptions to the progression regime. You must indicate the code and name of the subjects to be expanded or the course to which you want to progress via e-Secretaria.

Fifth extraordinary call

Request to take a fifth exam in a subject once the four ordinary exams have been completed. Documentary justification of the reasons must be submitted and the subject code and name must be specified in the e-Secretaria.

Assessment

Waiver of evaluation

Allows you to cancel an exam call via e-Secretaria so that it does not appear on your transcript. It does not involve fees, but you must indicate the subject code and remember that it does not exempt you from the financial surcharge for repetition in subsequent registrations.

Record qualification claim

Procedure to review the final grade of the transcript once the ordinary review with the professor has been completed. A request must be submitted to the Director of the Center via e-Secretaria within the deadlines set in the academic calendar.

Proof of attendance

It is used to obtain an official document signed and stamped by the teacher that certifies attendance at a class or exam. The request is in person, with an immediate response and must be requested directly at the end of the activity.

Recognition among university studies

Acceptance of credits from other official studies to obtain the degree.

Recognition of RAC credits

Recognition of credits for participation in cultural, sporting or charitable activities included in the current RAC catalogue.

Recognition of RAC Languages ​​credits

It allows recognition of up to 6 ECTS for language certificates passed during the degree (for the Departments of Health, Technology and Cultural Industries).

Recognition for professional experience

Possibility of recognizing the External Internship (Technology and Cultural Industries) subject if related work experience is accredited.

Incorporation of credits for having passed a Higher Level Training Cycle with an approved validation table.

Official document that includes the updated transcript with all the qualifications obtained.

Free document that certifies the studies you are taking, the current academic year and the amount of the tuition paid.

Certificate of payment of compulsory school insurance

Proof that confirms payment of the mandatory insurance for students under 28. This is a free procedure available at the e-Secretaria, ideal for external procedures that require proof of this coverage.

Certificates of attendance at courses organized by TecnoCampus

Accreditation of attendance or use of conferences, seminars or Continuing Education courses organized by TecnoCampus.

Application for a university degree

Self-application for the official degree once all the credits of the degree have been passed and the file has been closed.

Collecting the official title. You must have previously requested it.

File transfer

Transfer of departure file

Procedure to transfer your academic record to another university center where you have been accepted. You must make the request via e-Secretaria, attaching the admission letter from the destination center and paying the current management fees within 7 working days.

Language knowledge accreditation

Third language accreditation application

It allows you to include certificates of level B2 or higher in English, German, French or Italian in your transcript. The request is made via e-Secretaria, attaching the official qualification recognized by the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) at any time during the course.

Complementary training (12-30 credits) for students and alumni who want to specialize in areas such as programming, video games or innovation. Includes the list of current itineraries, registration deadlines and the resolution of the most frequent doubts about its accreditation.

Management of collated copies for internal procedures of the center or official sealing of documents issued by TecnoCampus for scholarships and external entities.
