The TecnoCampus Passerells are the university club of castellers (human castles) of TecnoCampus de Mataró (TCM). The club was founded in 2011 and is a member of the Catalan Coordinator of Casteller Clubs.

It is the tenth university casteller club to be founded and the third to become a member of the Catalan Coordinator of Casteller Clubs after the UAB’s Ganàpies and the URV’s Pataquers. They receive support from the Mataró Capgrossos, the largest conventional casteller club in the county of El Maresme. Throughout the academic year, they rehearse every Tuesday and Friday in the TecnoCampus square. They wear a purple shirt and the best castles that the club has achieved are the 2x7 with folre (a secondary supporting group), a pillar of 6 with folre, the 3x7 and the 4x7.

The club was founded at Christmas time 2010. The first rehearsal was held on 15th February 2011. After a month, on 31st March, they managed to build their first castle, a pillar of 3. The performance formed part of the radio program “El Matí i la mare que el va parir” on Ràdio Flaixbac, broadcast live from the TecnoCampus Auditorium. On 14th November 2011, the board of the Catalan Coordinator of Casteller Clubs approved the membership of the TecnoCampus Passerells. On 10th December 2015, as part of the Club’s winter celebrations, they achieved the best castles in their history: 3x7, 2x7 with folre, 4x7 and Px6 with folre.
