Presentation

The specialization diploma is committed to a multidisciplinary approach and addresses topics such as the political and social environment, public management and governance models, public policies and the development of managerial skills from an ethical and based point of view in the responsible behavior of public authorities.

This training contributes to achieving public administrations that respond to the demands of the citizens in today's complex and changing environment, and to strengthening leaderships that contribute to making this possible.

The program and faculty want to respond to the real needs of public procurement.
Commanders are offered a space full of learning opportunities with diverse methodologies, from theoretical conceptualization and practical case analysis to public leadership management workshops from different perspectives.

This specialization diploma, co-organized by TecnoCampus and the School of Public Administration of Catalonia, is focused on the direction and management of the whole.

Who is it aimed at?

Graduates and professionals with a university degree who want to complete their training in managerial management in the field of local public administrations.

Career opportunities

Completion of the postgraduate course must allow graduates to be able to implement the latest trends in public management as well as their professional updating in their workspaces.

Goals

The main objective of this specialization diploma is to train high-level public employees within the framework of municipal public administrations to develop managerial and analytical skills that allow them to approach, in a creative and innovative way, the management of public affairs to face the challenges required by the new styles of relational governance.

 

 Assessment

The assessment and grading system establishes a numerical grade between 0 and 10, in accordance with current regulations, for the overall of each training module. 

  • The qualification will be obtained from the evaluation of an activity or work of synthesis of the contents worked on in each module. 
  • The final qualification of the Diploma of Specialization is calculated with a weighted average of the qualifications of each module based on the number of credits.

M-VI: Final Project of the Diploma of Specialization (5 ECTS)

Elaboration of a concrete proposal of directive action in the field of the public sector where the student develops his work.

Funding, Scholarships and Registration for own Masters and postgraduates

1) The amount of the registration of permanent training masters and diplomas can be paid by transfer or card.

2) Financing option up to 24 months through the Compte Estudis Sabadell Consumer credit.        Interest-bearing loan 0 TIN 0% APR according to amount and term (to be managed at the time of enrolment).

3) Advance payment discounts. Consult the website for terms and conditions according to the type of program.

4) We recommend that you consult the discounts which are offered to Alumni TecnoCampus and other groups with which there are agreements and collaboration agreements. 

Prices and financing

Master's courses in permanent training and diplomas in face-to-face mode or in virtual format (sessions transmitted live by video conference) are liable to be subsidized through the State Foundation for Employment Training (Fundae) as a training action or as to individual training permit (PIF), as they are courses with a university degree. TecnoCampus advises on the management of the necessary procedures for these bonuses.

  • Students of a continuing education master's degree or diploma in the field of nursing can apply for a scholarship from Fecunmed.
  • Students of a permanent master's degree or diploma in the field of health can apply for a scholarshipHealth Care.
