Byōdō Game-System is a game publisher that designs and distributes the BYŌDŌ® game.
BYŌDŌ® is a Mathematical Game or Multi-Game System that helps people engage with mathematics through games and puzzles. The system is composed of hexagonal tiles and polyhedral dice.
The hexagonal tiles are numbered from 0 to 9 and have slots on the sides shaped like half of the mathematical operators of addition, subtraction and equality.
When combining two or more pieces on the corresponding side, the operator is drawn at the junction between the pieces, allowing chains of equations to be created in a visual and manipulative way.
The BYŌDŌ® tokens combined with the dice allow you to play and create an infinite number of games that have mathematical operations as their main mechanics.
