Presentation

The TecnoCampus School of Health Sciences (ESCST) began its career in the 2010-2011 academic year. As a centre affiliated to a university of excellence, Pompeu Fabra University, the ESCST has consolidated itself within the region as a benchmark university centre in health education.

Currently, the ESCST offers four degrees, two master's degrees and three postgraduate courses:

Facilities

The ESCST has some remarkable facilities located next to the sea and within the Science Park of the TecnoCampus Mataró-Maresme. 

To teach its Degrees, the ESCST has the Centre for Simulation and Innovation in Health (CSIS) which aims to facilitate and promote the development and training of students and health professionals, using the most innovative learning methods. The CSIS has eight simulation spaces equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and that allow you to work as in the healthcare field where simulation is used as an indispensable methodology to develop and acquire skills. Find out more ...

The School's Faculty is made up of academic staff who are teaching in the degrees, the service staff attached to the center and a maximum of three students from each of the centre's degrees.
The staff of the PAS and the transversal services are also invited to the faculty.
 

Each course of the Degree in CAFE, the Degree in Nursing, the Degree in Physiotherapy and the Double Degree in Physiotherapy and CAFE has a representative who acts as delegate.

 

Since its inception in 2012, the Health and Welfare Advisory Council has been set up as an advisory body for the degrees of the School of Health Sciences (ESCST).

The Council is made up of a group of managers, entrepreneurs, directors of health and sports institutions of the most relevant institutions and centres in the region.

The Council's basic objective is to strengthen ties with companies, centres and health institutions linked to health, sport and rehabilitation.
