Psychological well-being

Emotional health (and, in general, mental health) is a broad concept related to the the way we feel, think or act in our day to day. Good emotional health implies a state of psychological well-being in which the individual:

  • it feels good
  • You can develop your abilities.
  • Can face everyday stressful situations without crumbling
  • May have satisfying relationships or work efficiently.

It is therefore related to aspects such as being motivated and having energy, security and self-confidence, or tranquility and self-control, among others. It is therefore much more than suffering from a mental health illness (such as depression, anxiety disorder, etc.) and helps us to to be able to deal satisfactorily with the challenges and also with the daily ups and downs.
