Request

After being nominated by your university to rrii@tecnocampus.catyou will receive an email with all the instructions.

Exchange students must submit the application online.

The application is fully digital and requires the following documents attached to the online application in PDF(other formats cannot be accepted). 

  • A photo of yourself
  • Copy of passport / DNI, valid for the entire exchange period
  • A copy of your health insurance
  • Study agreement duly signed by the home university
  • Complete academic record

* Make sure you have all the documents attached to the application form because you can't save it without them.

Registration deadline

  • June 30 for the fall term (starts in September)
  • October 30 for the spring term (begins in January)
  • October 30 for the summer term (begins in April)

1st term:

September 28, 2026 - December 18, 2026

  • Welcome days: September 21th - September 25th
  • Classes: September 28rd, 2026 - December 4th, 2026
  • Exams: December 9, 2026 – December 18, 2026

*Reassessment period of exams:
For degrees in the Departments of Business, Cultural Industries and Technology: January 28 and 29, 2027
For Department of Health degrees: from January 25 to 29, 2027

 

2nd term:

January 7, 2027 - April 2, 2027

  • Welcome day: January 7th, 2027
  • Classes: January 7th, 2027 - March 12th, 2027
  • Exams: 15 March 2027 - 19 March 2027 and 30 March 2027 - 2 April 2027

*Reassessment period of exams:

For degrees in the Departments of Business, Cultural Industries and Technology: April 29 and 30, 2027
For the degrees of the Department of Health: from 24 to 30 April 2027

 

3rd term:

April 5, 2027 - June 23, 2027

  • Welcome Day: April 5, 2027
  • Classes: April 5, 2027 - June 11, 2027
  • Exams: June 14th, 2027 - June 23th, 2027

*The reassessment period of exams will be July 12, 13th for all the degrees.

Exams

The exams will take place at the end of each term, once the subject has been taught.

Reassessment exams

Retake exams will be held early next month once the exams are over.

To take a reassessment exam, you must have attended the subject during the term and have failed.

Grades

The TecnoCampus grading system is based on a scale from 0 to 10, where a 5 is the minimum grade to pass:

* The top 5% of the class can get an Honors mark
