International students

After being nominated by your university to rrii@tecnocampus.cat you will receive an email with all the instructions.

Exchange students must submit the application online.

The application is fully digital and requires the following documents attached to the online application in PDF (other formats cannot be accepted). 

  • A photo of yourself
  • Copy of passport / ID, valid for the entire exchange period
  • A copy of your health insurance
  • Study agreement duly signed by the home university
  • Complete academic transcript of records

* Make sure you have all the documents attached to the application form because you can't save it without them.

Registration deadline

  • June 30th for the Fall term (starts in September)
  • October 30th for the Spring term (starts in January)
  • October 30th for the Summer term (starts in April)

September 28th, 2026 - December 18th, 2026

  • Welcome days: September 21st - September 25th
  • Classes: September 28th, 2026 - December 4th, 2026
  • Exams: December 9th, 2026 – December 18th, 2026

*Reassessment period of exams:
For degrees in the Departments of Business, Cultural Industries and Technology: January 28th and 29th, 2027
For Department of Health degrees: from January 25th to 29th, 2027

 

2nd term:

January 7th, 2027 - April 2nd, 2027

  • Welcome day: January 7th, 2027
  • Classes: January 7th, 2027 - March 12th, 2027
  • Exams: 15 March 2027 - 19 March 2027 and 30 March 2027 - 2 April 2027

*Reassessment period of exams:

For degrees in the Departments of Business, Cultural Industries and Technology: April 29th and 30th, 2027
For the degrees of the Department of Health: from 24-30 April 2027

 

3rd term:

April 5th, 2027 - June 23rd, 2027

  • Welcome Day: April 5th, 2027
  • Classes: April 5th, 2027 - June 11th, 2027
  • Exams: June 14th, 2027 - June 23rd, 2027

*The reassessment period of exams will be July 12th, 13th for all the degrees.

Exams

The exams will take place at the end of each term, once the subject has been taught.

Reassessment exams

Retake exams will be held early next month once the exams are over.

To take a reassessment exam, you must have attended the subject during the term and have failed.

Grades

The TecnoCampus grading system is based on a scale from 0 to 10, where a 5 is the minimum grade to pass:

* The top 5% of the class can get an Honors mark

Support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

 

At TecnoCampus, we are committed to ensuring equal opportunities and promoting the full participation of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in university life.

A student may be considered to have Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the following cases:

  • Students with a recognized degree of disability equal to or greater than 33%.
  • Students with a recognized degree of disability of less than 33%.
  • Students with physical, intellectual or sensory disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, mental health disorders and serious or rare degenerative diseases, whether or not they have official recognition.
  • Students with learning or communication disorders, including language, calculation or attention difficulties.

The Academic Tutoring Service offers personalized guidance and monitoring to assess each situation individually and define, if necessary, the appropriate academic support measures, always preserving the skills and learning outcomes established in each subject and degree.

Possible academic support measures may include:

  • Adaptations in teaching activities and evaluation systems.
  • Extension of time in exams and assessment tests.
  • Flexibility in groups, schedules or tutorials.
  • Access to assistive technologies and adapted materials.
  • Individualized monitoring and coordination with teachers.
  • Measures aimed at improving accessibility and inclusion within the university environment.

Students who may require this support are encouraged to contact their academic tutor at the beginning of the academic year in order to assess their situation and, where appropriate, arrange the corresponding support measures.
