How to apply

After being nominated by your university to rrii@tecnocampus.catyou will receive an email with all the instructions.

Exchange students must submit the application online.

The application is fully digital and requires the following documents attached to the online application in PDF(other formats cannot be accepted). 

  • Copy of passport / DNI, valid for the entire exchange period
  • A photo of yourself
  • A copy of your health insurance
  • Learning agreement duly signed by the home university
  • Complete academic record
  • Certificate of English proficiency (recommended B2)

* Make sure you have all the documents attached to the application form because you can't save it without them.

Registration deadline

  • June 30 for the fall term (starts in September)
  • October 30 for the spring term (begins in January)
  • October 30 for the summer term (begins in April)

1st term:

September 25, 2025 - November 28, 2025

  • Welcome days: September 17th - September 23th
  • Classes: September 25, 2025 - November 28, 2025
  • Exams: December 9th, 2025 - December 19th, 2025

*Reassessment period of exams:
For the degrees of the Departments of Business, Cultural Industries and Technology: January 29rd and 30th, 2026
For Department of Health degrees: from January 26th to January 30th, 2026

 

2nd term:

January 7th, 2026 - March 13th, 2026

  • Welcome day: January 7th, 2026
  • Classes: January 7th, 2026 - March 13th, 2026
  • Exams: March 16th, 2026 - March 27st, 2026

*Reassessment period of exams:

For degrees in the Departments of Business, Cultural Industries and Technology: April 29 and 30, 2026
For the degrees of the Department of Health: from 24 to 30 April 2026

 

3rd term:

April 7, 2026 - June 12, 2026

  • Welcome Day: April 7, 2026 
  • Classes: April 7, 2026 - June 12, 2026
  • Exams: June 15th, 2026 - June 26th, 2026

*The reassessment period of exams will be July 13, 14th for all the degrees.

Exams

The exams will take place at the end of each term, once the subject has been taught.

Reassessment exams

Retake exams will be held early next month once the exams are over.

To take a reassessment exam, you must have attended the subject during the term and have failed.

Grades

The TecnoCampus grading system is based on a scale from 0 to 10, where a 5 is the minimum grade to pass:

* The top 5% of the class can get an Honors mark
