How to apply

After being nominated by your university to rrii@tecnocampus.catyou will receive an email with all the instructions.

Exchange students must submit the application online.

The application is fully digital and requires the following documents attached to the online application in PDF(other formats cannot be accepted).

Copy of passport / DNI, valid for the entire exchange period
A photo of yourself
A copy of your health insurance
Learning agreement duly signed by the home university
Complete academic record
Certificate of English proficiency (recommended B2)

* Make sure you have all the documents attached to the application form because you can't save it without them.

Registration deadline

June 30 for the fall term (starts in September)
October 30 for the spring term (begins in January)
October 30 for the summer term (begins in April)

Welcome days: September 16th - September 20th
Classes: September 23rd, 2024 - December 29th, 2024
Exams: December 9th, 2024 - December 20th, 2024

*Reassessment period of exams:
For the degrees of the Departments of Business, Cultural Industries and Technology: January 23rd and 24th, 2025
For Department of Health degrees: from January 20th to January 24th, 2025

2nd term:

January 7th, 2025 - March 7th, 2025

Welcome day: January 7th, 2025
Classes: January 7th, 2025 - March 7th, 2025
Exams: March 10th, 2025 - March 21st, 2025

*Reassessment period of exams:

For degrees from the Departments of Business, Cultural Industries and Technology: April 22nd, 24th and 25th, 2025
For the degrees of the Department of Health: from April 22nd to April 29th, 2025

3rd term:

March 24th, 2025 - June 6th, 2025
