Grants and scholarships

Below you will find information on all the scholarships available for those students who want to participate in an international mobility program:

In the call for scholarships 2025-26 the EU scholarship (Erasmus +). The final amounts of the grants will be established based on the actual duration of the physical mobility activities and until the allocated budget is exhausted, they will be as follows:

  • Group 1 (€350 / month): Germany Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Norway, the Netherlands and Sweden. (Associated countries region 14)
  • Group 2 (€300 / month): Czech Republic, Cyprus, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia,, Greece, Latvia, Malta, Portugal. (Associated countries region 5).
  • Group 3 (€250 / month): Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Turkey. 

* Students who during the previous academic year (2024/25) were beneficiaries of the Ministry's general scholarship will receive an extra grant of €250/month.

Students will also have a travel allowance, depending on mileage:

2 Travel to the destination country by means of low-emission transport on the main section of the route (for example, bus, rail or car-sharing) will be considered an eco-friendly trip.

In order to receive the scholarship you do not have to submit any extra application, with the acceptance of the place TecnoCampus will make the application on your behalf. Remember that it is mandatory to submit the requested documentation in order to receive payment.

* Those to be consideredstudents with fewer opportunities would be students who have enjoyed a general scholarship from the MECD or a scholarship from the Department of Education of the Basque Country to complete their university studies during the previous year or students who have a legally recognized disability of the same degree or higher than 33%.

The purpose of the scholarships is to partially cover the costs of students receiving exchange and mobility places during their stay at universities with which the TecnoCampus has signed bilateral agreements outside Europe.

The total amount to be distributed is 20.000 Euros sponsored by Sabadell Consumer Finance (SAU) and TecnoCampus. 

 

 

Deadline: The submission deadline is one month from the day after the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

Amount *: 200 euros per month according to the length of stay (maximum six months).

If you are awarded an exchange place at a university participating in the Erasmus + program, you can apply for this grant.

Through this scholarship program, Banco de Santander complements the Erasmus + program 

Grant amounts:

  • 126 scholarships of €1.000 each: aimed at Erasmus+ students with socio-economic needs (MECD scholarship 2024/25), the best academic record and/or a disability equal to or greater than 33%.
  • 1.748 grants of €500 each.

Requirements

  • Be a student of an official degree either at UPF or one of its affiliated centres.
  • Have been selected as an exchange student for the 2025/26 academic year at a university participating in the Erasmus+ program.
  • Have an average mark of participation in the ordinary call for international mobility 2025/26 equal to or greater than 6.5 (6 for engineering).
  • The academic mobility stay offered must be at least 3 months.

How and when to apply

Eligible students must register at Santander scholarship portal, before April 30, 2025 to be eligible for the scholarship. (dates of the 2025/26 call)

This grant is compatible with other scholarships.

In Erasmus Mobility for internships there is a maximum of 3 months (not cumulative to the previous ones). The grants are:

  • Group 1: 460 € / month
  • Group 2: 410 € / month
  • Group 3: 360 € / month
