0. Information sessions
Consult all the information needed to prepare your mobility.
1. Collect your credential
We will send it to you as soon as the MOBINT scholarship call opens.
2. Inform us of the dates of start and end of stay as well as bank details
Make it through SIGMA. You can see how to do it by following the steps inthis manual.
3. Scholarship procedures
If you were a beneficiary of the MECD Scholarship last year, we need to know in order to be officially awarded the Erasmus + Scholarship and the International Erasmus + Scholarship. To prove this we need an official document justifying that you can send us an e-mail to rrii@tecnocampus.cat.
4. Financial agreement (Erasmus +) and letter of acceptance of the scholarship (Scholarship on the move)
You will receive an email to digitally sign. Only you can sign the document, you will not be able to authorize it to anyone.
5. Prepare your stay
Check your email regularly and check with the destination universities.
6. Prepare your academic agreement
Fill in one proposal and validate it with your academic coordinator.
* Erasmus +: Fill in the "Before the Mobility" part of the Learning Agreement through SIGMA. It must be signed by you, your academic coordinator and the host university. You can follow the steps ofthis guide.
* Subjects that do not correspond to your academic agreement will not be validated.
7. Erasmus + only: take the first OLS test
You will receive an email with an invitation to access the platform and instructions. If your result is level B1 or lower, you will receive an invitation to take an online language course during your stay. In case of acquiring a level higher than B1, it will not be necessary but you can request it by sending us an email (the course is free).
8. Necessary coverages
Any student who goes abroad is responsible for having their own health and civil liability coverage, which is mandatory.
* If you are interested, UPF has an agreement with: Batlle insurance group and Oncampus
If you travel around Europe, make sure you also have the European Health Insurance Card and to look at the health coverage of the destination country, it is mandatory to take out additional insurance.
9. Statement of responsibility
Read and sign the Declaration of Responsibility and send us the document by mail along with a copy of your insurance.
10. Check visa information
Check the information available on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
11. Check the accommodation information
Check if the destination university offers you this service. Any student who goes abroad is responsible for their own accommodation and hiring.

12. Enrol in TecnoCampus
It's self-enrolment like every year. It is important to know that you will not be able to enjoy the international mobility place if you have not registered at TecnoCampus.
* If you finally want to give up the mobility place that has been assigned to you, send this waiver sheet signed and scanned inOffice of International Relations.
1. Certificate of arrival
Fill it this form and have it signed and stamped by the destination university. Once you have it, send it to us by e-mail with the subject "certificate of arrival - Surname, Name".
2. Participate in the reception sessions
This will help you understand how the university works, make better use of the services they offer you, and allow you to meet other exchange students.
The destination university will inform you when these sessions take place, which are usually organized one week before classes begin.
3. Formalize the stay and registration
The destination university will inform you of the necessary arrangements for your stay.
In order to receive payment for your Erasmus scholarship, you must have formalized and paid your tuition at the TecnoCampus. Also, you will need to send a copy, per mail, from your registration at the International Relations Office.
4. Changes Study Agreement - Learning Agreement
Fill out the new proposal and send it to your academic coordinator; validate and report toOffice of International Relations of the changes.
* Erasmus +: fill in the "During the Mobility" section of the Learning Agreement through the Online Learning Agreement tool. It must be duly signed and stamped by you, the host university and the academic coordinator.
* Subjects that do not correspond to your academic agreement will not be validated.
5. Extension of stay
You will need to apply at the destination university. If you agree you must send us, by mail, thesigned extension.
* When extending the stay you will have to extend your academic agreement, so you will have to contact the academic coordinator.
1. Certificate of attendance
Fill out the form below and have it stamped by the destination university. When you have it, send the document to the International Relations Office and keep a copy for yourself.

2. Certificate of notes (transcript of records)
You must ensure that the destination university sends us the original transcript for mail. It is the responsibility of the student to be aware of the arrival of this document in order to be able to recognize the validation of subjects.
3. Student report
Erasmus +: the European Commission will fill you in online with a final report (a survey on your mobility). If you do not make the report, you will be asked to return all the financial scholarship you have received.
Scholarships on the move: at the end of your stay, you must send a PDF document or video with a summary of your experience. You will also need to fill out this questionnaire.
4. Erasmus + only: Take the second OLS level test
You will receive an email when your stay ends. If you acquired a C2 level in the first test, you will not receive this email as you will not have to do so.
