Call for applications calendar 2025/26

Apply for your place from November 19 to 25 using the guide.

If your request has been EXCLUDED, you have until Sunday December 8 at 23:59 p.m to email us (rrii@tecnocampus.cat) the necessary documentation to pass it to ADMIT.

Tomorrow pre-assignment will be made. You will receive instructions to check if you have a pre-assigned place through the eCampus and what are the next steps to follow.

Check if you have a pre-assigned place to the'eCampus: within "International Relations Management" which you will find in the drop-down menu on the left, you must enter "Exchange request OUTGOING":

 

  • If you have a pre-allocated seat, On December 16, the provisional list of allocated places will be published and it will be at that moment when you can accept your place (you will receive an email with instructions).
  • If you have a place but it doesn't convince you, you can completely waive mobility until 15 of December sending us by email the resignation document. If you leave your call participation process at this point, you will not be penalized if you want to request an exchange next year. Late requests will not be accepted or processed outside of this medium.
  • If you do not see an assigned university it's because you're on the waiting list, you don't need to do anything. On the 16th, after the resignation period, you still have the option of obtaining a place, if it has been freed by students who resign (we will publish the provisional list of allocated places).

If you are a TecnoCampus student you have one last chance to apply for one mobility square to study abroad in the 2025-2026 academic year.

  • WHO?

  • Students who have not applied for a place in the first call period

  • Students who have done mobility previously, or who have given up a place assigned in calls for previous courses

  • Students who are on the waiting list (they have not been assigned a place in the 1st call) have the option to change their preferences

*Remember that the requirements are the same: you must have 60 approved credits at the time of your application and attach the certificate of teaching language level required according to the destination

  • WHEN?

In February, dates to be determined.

  • HOW?

- You can submit the application here. Access with your usual credentials and click on: International Relations Management > Outgoing exchange request.

- You can choose up to three universities (in order of preference). The list of universities will only show those destinations available according to the degree and course you are studying.

- Mark the preferred period of stay (1st semester, 2nd semester or full year).

*Don't forget to attach the certificate of the teaching language level, except for places that are in Spanish (in PDF format).

From today you can consult through this link, if you have a pre-assigned place. you have ends Monday February 24 at 10:00am to accept or not the position: Within "International Relations Management" which you will find in the drop-down menu on the left and enter "OUTGOING exchange request". In the acceptance options using the "Status" button located next to the description of the assigned place.

 

There are two options:

"accept" the position through the online application application form. If you accept, the position is definitely granted.

"Do not accept" it is understood that you give up the place awarded. 

 

Students who do not do anything within the set period will be deemed to have given up their mobility.

Operation of international mobility calls

Each year TecnoCampus awards the mobility places available for the following academic year through international mobility calls. This means different stays, through the various exchange programs, are recognised. Below we highlight the main points of the call. 

The selection will be carried out in a competitive bidding regime, in accordance with the evaluation criteria of the following applications:

  1. Average mark of the ongoing student record at the time of making the application. This average grade is calculated on a scale of 0 to 10.
  2. In the event of a tie, preference will be given to the student with the most credits passed.

The places will be allocated in order of average grade and compliance with the requirements of each place. The award procedure works as follows:

  1. Request your destination preferences (up to 5 options).
  2. Consult online the pre-allocation of places. At this time you can withdraw your participation in the call, if you deem it appropriate. The places that are vacated will be allocated automatically, taking into account the average grade and the order of preference of the student.
  3. Consult the provisional allocation of places. You can decide between accepting or not accepting (not accepting implies that you are ultimately not interested in leaving the exchange).
  4. If you have not obtained a place, or you are in a situation of conditional participation, you will be able to participate in the reassignment process (according to the places that have become vacant).
  5. Check the final allocation of places.

Students who have already enjoyed mobility, as well as students who have resigned from the place awarded in the previous call without a duly accredited cause of force majeure, may participate in this call with the restrictions provided for. 

The allocation of mobility places is made under the principles of concurrence and equality, with the application of the following rules:

  • If a student has already been the beneficiary of an international mobility place and wants to make a second one within the framework of the same, he / she will be able to apply only for the vacancies in the reassignment procedure. The student can have a maximum stay of 12 months per study cycle.
  • If a student has given up the place awarded in the previous call without a duly substantiated cause of force majeure, he can only apply for vacant places during the reassignment process.

In order to be eligible for the places and grants in this call, compliance with the following requirements will be verified on the closing date of the application period:

a) Be enrolled in the Tecnocampus during the 2024 academic year in one of the degrees.

b) Have a minimum of 60 ECTS passed. 

c) For the Erasmus + program: having the nationality of one of the participating States within the program or, in the case of having it from third countries, proving that you are in possession of a valid permit to reside in Spain for the period of completion of the mobility.

d) Accredit the knowledge of the language of teaching at the destination university to ensure that the stay will be profitable, according to the level established by the requirements of each program and the place in question.

Language accreditation
Only official certificates will be accepted in accordance with the AGAUR table (Agency for the Management of University and Research Grants) for the MOBINT call, including the UPF language proficiency test (PCCL) or the corresponding UPC exams

November: this month is your chance to find out about international mobility!

Through the calls for international mobility, the Tecnocampus awards each year the mobility places available for the following academic year for international stays through the various Erasmus+ exchange programs with European universities, Bilateral Agreements with universities in the rest of the world and Study Abroad with three universities in United States, Canada and Australia.

If you have taken some of the compulsory subjects of Foreign Language I, II or III within the Degree or through the Open Language Classroom service you can request the processing of official certificates of Languages ​​taken up to 25 November.
