Exchange students

After being appointed by your university to rrii@tecnocampus.cat you must follow these steps and all instructions in the email you will receive.

Exchange students must submit the application online.

The application is fully digital and requires the following documents attached to the online application at PDF (other formats cannot be accepted). 

  • Copy of passport / DNI, valid for the entire exchange period
  • Gallery
  • A copy of your health insurance
  • Learning agreement duly signed by the home university
  • Complete academic record
  • Certificate of English proficiency (recommended B2)

* Make sure you have all the documents attached to the application form because you can't save it without them.

Registration deadline

  • June 30 for the fall quarter (starts in September)
  • October 30 for the spring quarter (begins in January)
  • October 30 for the summer term (begins in April)

  • Welcome day: September 23, 2022 
  • Classes: September 26, 2022 - December 2, 2022
  • Exams: December 12, 2021 - December 22, 2022

* Recovery exams will be held on January 27 and 30, 2023

 

2nd quarter:

January 9, 2023 - March 31, 2022

  • Classes: January 9, 2023 - March 17, 2023
  • Exams: March 20, 2023 - March 31, 2023

* Recovery exams will be held on May 2 and 3, 2023

 

3st trimester:

April 11, 2023 - June 30, 2023

  • Classes: April 11, 2023 - June 16, 2023
  • Exams: June 19, 2023 - June 30, 2023

* Recovery exams will be held on July 12, 13 and 14, 2022

Exams

The exams will take place at the end of each term, once the subject has been taught.

Recovery exams

Recovery exams will be held early next month once the exams are over.

To take a resit exam, you must have attended the subject during the term and failed.

Grades

The TecnoCampus grading system is based on a scale from 0 to 10, where a 5 is the minimum grade to pass:

* The top 5% of the class can get an Honors mark
