The TecnoCampus facilities occupy almost 50.000 m2 on the seafront, at the northern entrance to Mataró, with excellent road and rail communications with Barcelona.

The park's facilities reflect the unique project by the team of architects Josep Martorell, Oriol Bohigas and David Mackay (MBM) and were inaugurated in 2010. In 2016, to cope with the growth in the number of students , a new building was inaugurated, TCM6, adjacent to the original building.

In addition to companies and universities, the TecnoCampus is one of the headquarters of the EURECAT technology centre, dedicated to technology transfer and research, applied in particular to smart fabrics, printed electronics and wearables.
