Who is it aimed at?

To companies that want to start exporting digitally or those companies that already sell to international markets but do not yet do so through international digital channels.

Goals

-        Accompany and support in the definition of international digital strategic planning

-              Provide a guide to start the international digital export process

-        Prepare the company to access resources and aid for internationalization

Methodology

The methodology combines training and personalized advice from experts in international digital marketing and sales, as well as support from a TecnoCampus technician who will diagnose the international digital presence of the participating companies.

The program includes three phases:

-        1st phase: Digital Diagnosis. We will make the diagnosis of your international digital presence by analyzing your website, presence in marketplaces and social networks and comparisons with the sector, and we will make recommendations on aspects to strengthen.

-        2nd phase: Training. From practical group sessions, you will learn how to create your online internationalization strategy by analyzing aspects such as the selection of countries or the digital channels that need to be taken into account to attract traffic to the website.

      o   Training session: International digital business plan

              o   Practical workshop: With the support of the trainer, each company will draw up its own international digital business plan

-        3rd phase: Advice. Those companies that deliver the international digital business plan will be able to opt for up to 10 hours of advice with an expert consultant in international digital marketing and sales to work in a personalized way on the elements that are most suitable for its implementation. These tips are limited and subject to availability based on budget.
