Who is it aimed at?
To companies that want to start internationalization projects or that have little export experience.
Goals
- Accompany and support in the elaboration of the international strategic planning
- Provide a guide to start the process of entering an international market
- Prepare the company to access resources and aid for internationalization
Methodology
The methodology combines training and personalized advice from internationalization experts, as well as the support of a TecnoCampus technician who will diagnose the international potential of the participating companies.
The program includes three phases:
- 1st phase: International Diagnosis. Analyze the situation and potential of your company internationally and we will make a series of individualized recommendations on how to deal with this process.
- 2nd phase: Training. From practical group sessions, the company will reflect on the different variables that must be taken into account to define our internationalization strategy.
o Training session: Main requirements and previous analysis that must be taken into account to export and guidelines and content that must contain a good international promotion plan
o Practical workshop: With the support of the trainer, each company will draw up its own international promotion plan
- 3rd phase: Advice. Those companies that deliver the international promotion plan will be able to opt for up to 10 hours of advice with an expert consultant in internationalization to work in a personalized way on the elements that are most suitable for the implementation of this international promotion plan. These tips are limited and subject to availability based on budget.
