Presentation

This is the degree in Business Administration and Innovation Management taught entirely in English. It follows one of the strategic points of the TecnoCampus: Internationalization. 

The degree is structured over four years, which are, in turn, divided into three terms. The core foundation modules (64 ECTS) and the compulsory modules (128 ECTS) are grouped in five big blocks of subjects:

  • Business administration and organization
  • General and applied economics
  • Innovation management
  • Accounting and financial management
  • Foreign language

The subjects within the "Foreign Language" subject are organized by knowledge levels  (languages ​​in the Degrees of the Business department) .  

Optional modules (20 ECTS) are offered in two subjects areas:

  • Innovation and Advanced Business Administration Tools
  • Entrepreneurial Leadership
    "Entrepreneurial Leadership" includes the module "Business Projects", which recognises any activities linked to an entrepreneurial and innovative project that the student has carried out during the degree.

One of the highlights of the curriculum is the compulsory modules: External Internships (14 ECTS) and End-of-course Project (14 ECTS).

The Degree in Business Administration and Innovation Management (teaching in English) of the TecnoCampus University Center has obtained favorable accreditation in 2016 from the Agency for the Quality of the University System of Catalonia (AQU). Accreditation is the verification, based on an external visit, that the degree is being developed as planned in the verification.

With this recognition, the center's degrees guarantee teaching quality following the standard that the agency establishes for all universities.

Double degree in Tourism and Leisure Management or in Marketing and Digital Communities

Thanks to the double degrees, you can obtain a second degree in Tourism and Leisure Management or with Marketing and Digital Communities.

They are compulsory within the curriculum and are done in companies in the sector. In addition, the proximity of the TecnoCampus with the business fabric allows students to offer internships that consolidate knowledge in the real environment. More than 700 students do internships each year in more than 1.500 partner companies.

Creativity and innovation laboratories that break the rigidity of the conventional classroom, allow group work and encourage a creative and entrepreneurial attitude.

Entrepreneurial hub

Resources such as programs and networks available to students with business ideas.

Teaching Innovation and Integrated Languages

A participatory, innovative and creative learning model. Completion of studies with official foreign language certification.

The main career opportunities you can pursue are as follows:

Tasks specific to all functional areas of a company: in positions of management and strategy, administration, distribution, legal, fiscal and taxation, internal and external accounting, financial, commercial and marketing management, suppliers and customer portfolio, import and export, technology and operations and human resources.

Advertising and management: start-ups, new business models, new business lines, new divisions or spin-offs in existing companies -intrapreneurship-, management of R&D departments or innovation in public or private organizations, management of innovative teams.

Advice and consulting: accounting and tax audits, administrative management, banking, financial and insurance institutions, public administrations.

 

Teaching in English allows you to enter more quickly in international companies (knowledge of bussines in a global world) or take on internationalization projects of local entities or companies.

Offer of optional subjects for the 2024-25 academic year  

To find out which electives will be taught, you must consult the document "Offer of optional subjects", which is updated every year.

ATTENTION: 20 ECTS of optional subjects must be accumulated. The timetables of the subjects that make up subjects 1 and 2 are integrated into the AdE calendar (bilingual modality or modality in English). The timetables for the rest of the subjects will be found in the hours of the Membership Degree (with the help of the indicated codes).

IMPORTANT: The teaching guides also include those of the discontinued curriculum (1st year: 1008,1005, 2; 1011nd year: 1014,1017, 1013, 3, 1133; 1129rd year: 4, 1029; XNUMXth year: XNUMX). Remember to consult the subjects according to the study plan that belongs to you.

Reception sessions

A few days before the start of the course, sessions are organised to give a warm benvinguda per als estudiants again access. These days are useful to know the coordinator of the degree, the curriculum, the campus services (Academic Management, Library, UACU, Professional Careers and International Relations) and to make a tour of the facilities with the in order to get to know the different spaces where they will study.

Access

The TecnoCampus offers various forms of payment for undergraduate studies.

  2. Installment payment in 10 or 12 months, with a loan from a bank. We currently have agreements with Banco de Sabadell and Caixabank.

Discounts on the price of tuition

The TecnoCampus has an extensive program of scholarships and specific financial aid in the budget of the TecnoCampus Foundation with contributions from the Foundation itself, UPF and other private entities. 

If you meet the academic and / or financial requirements, you can obtain a scholarship for the total or partial amount of tuition for undergraduate studies. 

One in four students have obtained some kind of scholarship 

Outstanding scholarships: 

- TecnoCampus Scholarships, with economic and academic criteria, which offer different renewable grants throughout the studies and which are resolved before the end of the pre-registration period in June. 

- General grants from the Ministry. TecnoCampus degree students can apply for grants from the Ministry of Education to obtain different financial aid based on the academic and financial criteria set out in the call. 

- Grants for university students from affiliated centers. The aim of these grants is to partially compensate the student for the costs of university registration for official undergraduate studies.
