The simultaneous training program is a special degree program that allows students to obtain two university degrees in five years. At the end of the first year of the degree in Video Game Design and Production the student can decide to take the program following the established itinerary.

The program is organised by the Degree in Video Game Design and Production and to access it, you must complete the university pre-registration for the Video Game Design and Production Degree following the procedures established by the Guidance Office for access to the University and start the first year of this degree. The subjects of the two degrees are combined from the second year of the program. It is at the end of the first year of the degree in video games that the student can decide to follow the route of simultaneous degrees. In this case, the student must apply for access to the second degree of the program (the Degree in Audiovisual Media) in accordance with the regulations for access to the Degree with initiated university studies (30 ects recognized)

Video game and audiovisual projects require multidisciplinary teams that integrate professionals from different fields and are able to interact with each other. In this sense, the training proposal for a simultaneous study program provides a powerful combination and versatility for integration into a work team. The graduate in both video game and audiovisual degrees has a versatile professional profile with knowledge of video game programming, interaction and design as well as having the ability to create and design their own audiovisual and media products.

The double degree student takes a total of 346 ECTS in 5 courses, of which 306 ECTS correspond to basic and compulsory subjects, 20 ECTS in the Final Degree Project in Audiovisual Media and 20 ECTS in the Final Degree Project in Design and Video Game Production.

Reception sessions

A few days before the start of the course, sessions are organised to give a warm benvinguda per als estudiants again access. These days are useful to know the coordinator of the degree, the curriculum, the campus services (Academic Management, Library, UACU, Professional Careers and International Relations) and to make a tour of the facilities with the in order to get to know the different spaces where they will study. Leveling courses and seminars are also organized.

Access

The TecnoCampus offers various forms of payment for undergraduate studies.

  2. Installment payment in 10 or 12 months, with a loan from a bank. We currently have agreements with Banco de Sabadell and Caixabank.

Discounts on the price of tuition

The TecnoCampus has an extensive program of scholarships and specific financial aid in the budget of the TecnoCampus Foundation with contributions from the Foundation itself, UPF and other private entities. 

If you meet the academic and / or financial requirements, you can obtain a scholarship for the total or partial amount of tuition for undergraduate studies. 

One in four students have obtained some kind of scholarship 

Outstanding scholarships: 

- TecnoCampus Scholarships, with economic and academic criteria, which offer different renewable grants throughout the studies and which are resolved before the end of the pre-registration period in June. 

- General grants from the Ministry. TecnoCampus degree students can apply for grants from the Ministry of Education to obtain different financial aid based on the academic and financial criteria set out in the call. 

- Grants for university students from affiliated centers. The aim of these grants is to partially compensate the student for the costs of university registration for official undergraduate studies.
