International Speaker, former FC Barcelona coach, high performance expert, coach and author of two books: “The Notebook: The 10 Habits That Built Extraordinary People” and “Playing with the Heart”. In the last twelve years, he has inspired hundreds of companies in their change processes, to break the limits of their current performance and to work as a team in pursuit of their most intrepid goals.

Maria Gilabert

Psychologist, coach and international speaker. Passionate about the brain, business and human relationships. She is the founder of BeValue, Be Top Speaker projects that aim to develop the potential of people and teams; also founder of HR Xperience, a community with more than 1.200 human resources professionals from Spain and the USA where they seek to humanize, accompanying the continuous changes that organizations are experiencing.

Pedro Rojas

Consultant at The Plan Company, specialist in digital strategy, digital transformation and HR management 2.0. Director and professor of masters and postgraduate courses at several universities and business schools such as TecnoCampus. Lecturer in the field of Social Media, digital marketing, recruitment 2.0 as well as job search in digital channels.
