The Healthy and Sustainable Campus (CSS) is a transversal project of the TecnoCampus, launched in 2016 from the Department of Health TecnoCampus Mataró-Maresme (UPF) that aims to promote the overall health of the university community through the design, development and evaluation of strategies that promote healthy habits within the university community (students and working staff).
The initiatives are based on intersectorality, empowerment and participation, equity, a holistic view of health, as well as the viability and sustainability of the proposed strategies. From 2019 the Sustainable perspective was added to the project A Healthy Campus.
