Laura Martinez Zuluaga. Associate Professor at Tecnocampus-UPF. Master's degree in entrepreneurship and innovation (Tecnocampus-UPF), Postgraduate degree in Management of Cooperatives and Social Economy Companies (Tecnocampus-UPF). Collaborator of the Chair of Social Economy at Tecnocampus-UPF.

Miguel Guillen. Associate Professor at Tecnocampus-UPF. Master's degree in Economic Analysis (UOC), Postgraduate degree in Management of Cooperatives and Social Economy Companies (Tecnocampus-UPF), Bachelor's degree in Political Science (UPF) and Diploma in Business Sciences (UOC). Collaborator of the Chair of Social Economy at Tecnocampus-UPF. His research focuses on the social economy and particularly on the relationship between cooperatives and labor societies with trade unions, a topic to which he is currently dedicating his doctoral thesis, which is in the process of being prepared.

Marc Vilanova Fernandez. Graduated in Sociology from the University of Barcelona and specialized in financing and public procurement, he has more than twenty years of experience as a consultant, manager and advisor to public administrations. He is part of Facto Cooperativa, where he advises and trains entities, companies and administrations in public procurement processes. His work focuses on promoting Strategic and Responsible Public Procurement through training, technical support and the design of financing strategies for the public and social sectors.

Luis Manent Alonso. Graduate in Law and Master in Administrative and Public Administration Law from the University of Valencia, he has been a lawyer for the Valencian Government since 2007. He has performed legal advisory, trial defense and institutional representation functions, and has been part of the boards of directors of cultural and evaluation organizations. Professor at the Valencian Institute of Public Administration and author of works in specialized journals in public and administrative law, he has a solid career linked to the Valencian public sector.

Maria Jose Vañó Vañó. Full Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Valencia and former director of IUDESCOOP, she focuses her research on the social economy, financing contracts and public-private collaboration, as well as the impact of ICT on corporate law. She has participated in national and international research projects, including POWERCOOP on energy self-consumption communities. She teaches in master's and doctorate degrees, combining academic experience with extensive applied research activity.

Belén Catalan Stay. Doctor in Social Economics from the University of Valencia with international mention, she is an assistant professor in Applied Economics and researcher at IUDESCOOP. Her research analyzes public policies to support the social economy in a comparative perspective, especially between the Valencian Community and Emilia-Romagna. She has collaborated in knowledge transfer projects with administrations and has published in impactful academic journals. She teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses in social economics and economic policy.

David Comet Herrera. Graduate in Political Science and specialist in responsible public procurement and social economy, he has coordinated ethical purchasing programs at the IDEAS cooperative and is an active member of REAS Red de Redes. He has advised administrations on the inclusion of social and environmental clauses, and has participated as a trainer in specialized courses and conferences. Author of articles in academic journals, he is currently a predoctoral researcher at the CSIC and a collaborating professor at the University of Córdoba.

Javier Mendoza Jimenez. University of Latvia, is a professor of Business Organization at the ULL. He has had international experiences in Italy, Latvia, Canada, the United States, Russia and India. Specialist in responsible public procurement and sustainability in tourism, he received the award for the best doctoral thesis from CIRIEC Spain. Principal researcher in numerous projects, he is a member of GEAccounting and the Cajasiete Chair, and has been recognized with several awards and scholarships.

Luigi Caringi. With a degree in International Relations and a master's degree in economic development, he has been the Responsible Public Procurement Advisor at REAS Red de Redes. He has promoted initiatives such as the Responsible Procurement Forum and has led training for technical staff and administrations in the Region of Murcia. He regularly participates in conferences and publications on ethical and sustainable procurement, and supports administrations in the implementation of models that promote equality, social inclusion and local development.

Itziar Müller. Environmentalist specializing in responsible public procurement and contracting, she has a master's degree in Public Policy Evaluation and more than eight years of experience in consulting. She has advised the Generalitat and large city councils on the incorporation of environmental, social and ethical criteria in public procurement with her own methodologies. She has also led research projects on good practices and provides training to technical personnel responsible for procurement, contributing to consolidating sustainable management models.

Juan Carlos Garcia Melian. Lawyer specializing in public procurement, transparency and intellectual property, he works as an external consultant for private entities and administrations. Founding partner of Melián Abogados and head of innovation at the firm, he is a member of the editorial board of the Practical Administrative Contracts Journal (Aranzadi LA LEY). He combines his professional activity with the dissemination and analysis of new developments in the field of public procurement and applied administrative law.

Miguel Benito Lopez.Degree in Law and Master in Local and Urban Law. Career civil servant in group A1 of the Barcelona City Council, where he currently holds the position of Deputy Director General of Contracting, Heritage and Agreements in the Department of the Presidency. He has previously worked as Head of Legal and Contracting Services in different municipal bodies in Barcelona and L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. He is a collaborator of the Observatory of Public Contracting and the Barcelona Provincial Council, and participates as a teacher at the School of Public Administration. Author of publications and specialized articles on public contracting, he combines professional practice with training and research activity.

Certificate

At the end of the course, the student will obtain a certificate awarded by TecnoCampus, University Center attached to Pompeu Fabra University.

To obtain the course certificate, it will be essential for the student to attend a minimum of 80% of the program sessions.
