Enrolment cancellation

 

Purpose

Unregistering from or cancelling a Bachelor Degree program on which you previously enrolled at TecnoCampus.

Who can request apply for enrolment cancellation?

Any student enrolled on a Bachelor Degree program at TecnoCampus.

Documentation required

Compulsory:

  • Specific application
  • Proof of payment
  • Photocopy of the National Identity Card, Foreign Resident Identity Card or Passport

In the case of reassignment:

  • Document accrediting the reassignment

Optional:

  •  Authorization to collect the original documentation in cases in which the interested party does not process the application themselves  

Deadline for applications

30th November

In the case of reassignment by the Pre-Enrolment Department, consult the calendar.

Fees

Before the start of the academic year, in line with the academic calendar, and in the case of reassignment, the secretary fees specified on the enrolment form will be applied.
Between the start of the academic year and 30th November, the fees for enrolment cancellation will be 600 euros plus the secretary fees specified on the enrolment form.

Response method

In the event that the cancellation application is approved for new students, all the documentation will be returned to the student. In the case of students already studying at TecnoCampus, they will be notified by email.

In the event that the cancellation application is rejected, they will receive written notification of the reason.

IMPORTANT!
In the event that the cancellation application is approved, the student will be refunded the enrolment fees except the processing fees specified in the fees section.
In the event that the cancellation application is rejected or it is processed after the specified deadline, the full enrolment fees will be due.
