CatalunyaCaixa, the entity resulting from the merger between Caixa Catalunya, Caixa Manresa and Caixa Tarragona, presented this morning in the auditorium of the TecnoCampus Mataró-Maresme park the 2010 Regional Economic Yearbook. This yearbook is an exhaustive and well-known analysis. which has been directed for years by Professor Josep Oliver. From this year's edition, it can be seen that, despite the fall in GDP recorded in 2009, the Maresme is in line with the Catalan economic growth of the period 2000-2009, which throughout the country was 16,1, 15,1% on average and in the Maresme, XNUMX%. In this period, Oliver pointed out, the country has made some mistakes such as the oversizing of the construction sector; but he has also made investments with criteria that will provide added value, and in this chapter he has expressly mentioned the TecnoCampus Mataró-Maresme park, taking advantage of the fact that the study was being presented.

Today's presentation was attended by the mayors of Mataró, Joan Antoni Baron; del Masnou, Eduard Gisbert; and of Alella, Andreu Francisco.
