The Mataró City Council, the TecnoCampus and eleven sports clubs of the city unite again in the Club Esportiu, launched last year to make available to the university community a large and varied offer at a discounted price.

The agreement signed last November 30 also includes the promotion of a university prize, which will be awarded on the Night of Sports, which will be celebrated next January, and the creation of six university scholarships for students who are high performance athletes. The signing brought together representatives of sports clubs and organizations with the mayor and president of the TecnoCampus Foundation, David Bote; the Councilor for Sports, Beatriz Delgado; and the general director of the TecnoCampus, Josep Lluís Checa

The clubs joining the initiative in the 2022-2023 academic year are Club Aikido Mataró, CB Maresme Boet Mataró, Club Escalada Mataró "Bulder Planet", Rowing Club Mataró, Eurofitness Sorrall, Federació Catalana de Vela, CE Futsal Mataró Societat de Pesca and Mataró Underwater Activities (SPAS), Espai Laru, Mataró Rugby Club and Mataró Swimming Centre.

One more year you can enjoy sport with a wide range of offers and advantages in order to promote the importance of health, physical activity and leisure within the TecnoCampus university community.
