The Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism and the General Council of Associations of Administrative Managers of Spain have signed an agreement for the establishment of Points of Attention to the Entrepreneur (PAE) integrated in the CIRCE Network.

These points are offices belonging to public and private bodies, as well as virtual information points and online processing of applications, which facilitate the creation of new companies, the effective start of their activity and their development, through the provision of information services, processing of documentation, advice, training and support for business financing.

These points can be in charge of carrying out the administrative procedures necessary for the cessation of activity of individual entrepreneurs and for the extinction and cessation of the activity of commercial companies, in addition to some administrative procedures associated with the exercise of the activity, including the application for authorizations and the presentation of communications and declarations responsible for the opening of new establishments or facilities.
