The renowned journalist Saul Gordillo has visited the TecnoCampus this morning to teach a class to the students of the Degree in Audiovisual Media of the'Polytechnic University School of Mataró. The session took place within the framework of the subject Digital Journalism, taught by Professor Alfons Palacios, coordinator of the magazine Digital Society, prepared by undergraduate students.

Saül Gordillo, with a long career and one of the main bloggers in the country, explained to students his current role as head of digital content atThe Newspaper of Catalonia. Among other aspects, it has addressed the integration that allows the printed and digital part to function as a single newsroom, writing on the Internet, how social networks have impacted journalism or the need to optimize digital versions to capture traffic from from major search engines like Google.
