Organizational restructuring of the TCM

At the last TCM Board of Directors, on Thursday, January 27, 2011, an organizational restructuring was agreed.

The changes mainly affect the General Secretariat, as the functions are shared with a new Operations and Strategy department. Thus, the current Secretary General, Léonard Janer, becomes Director of Operations and Strategy, and Dúnia Alzaga, head of the Business Planning Unit, assumes the responsibility of Secretary General.

Other changes in this restructuring affect the responsibilities of some transversal services and departments, such as the CRAI, the Tecnodidáctica Unit, the CUB or the Knowledge Transfer Projects Unit.
