The director of the School of Health Sciences welcomed all the invited attendees and then presented the project in general terms. He then introduced the researcher Marie Carey of the Waterford Institute of Technology in Ireland (Partner Institution), who connected via video conference where she spoke about stress management “CBT” during internships for students of nursery. Next, the main researchers of the project, Carme Rosell and Ester Mateo, made several presentations, including announcing the latest updates of the SSTeMM mobile application, a manual aimed at clinical tutors, resources and digital material (infographics and videos) complementary to assess and help manage stress and mental health of recent undergraduate nursing students in Europe.

Preliminary results of the survey conducted in 3 European countries on the level of stress of nursing students, in which almost 600 students participated, were presented throughout the morning. After a short break, training was offered to nursing professionals, where they addressed issues such as application usage, available resources, and applicability. About twenty health professionals accompanied us. The meeting served to receive feedback of the tools applied and discuss possible improvements to consider in specific aspects of the app.
