Yesterday, Tuesday 16 November, the activities linked to the'Innovate 360º, which will be held from 16 to 21 November 2010 at the TecnoCampus Mataró-Maresme.

The first session was a talk on the new media, which was attended by Joan Catà, director of M1tv; Mei Ros, director of Mataró Ràdio; Francesc Triola, director of COM Ràdio, and Mateu Ros, director of Capgròs.com. The talk was moderated by Josep Lluís de Gabriel, president of Bitlònia.com.

In the conversation between these participants and the audience, issues arose such as the phenomenon of media hybridization on the Internet, where the concept of audiovisual takes on a new dimension, or the role of journalism after the explosion of immediacy promoted by the social networks.

The directors of the different media also explained how they are facing this change in the media landscape, and how they are making their business model still viable.
