The team of which this AdE and Digital Marketing student was part has won the first Ecotrophelia award.

Vegguiss, a snack made with pea protein, has been the product winner of the 2022th edition of the Ecotrophelia España XNUMX Awards, organized by the Spanish Federation of Food and Beverage Industries (FIAB), with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAP). The winning team is made up of a group of students from the University of Valladolid and the TecnoCampus. The Ecotrophelia España Awards recognize the innovative talent of students in the sector and are endowed with 3.000 euros.

The winning team will represent Spain in the Ecotrophelia final in Europe next October in Paris. For the jury, Veggis is a very innovative and differentiated idea. He highlighted the taste and texture of the product and the team made up of students from different profiles and universities who have been able to complement and work as a team. The Vegguiss team consisted of Ruth Olivella, double degree student in Business Administration and Innovation Management and Marketing and Digital Communities at TecnoCampus; and Lorena Paniagua and Adrián Torres, agricultural engineering students at the University of Valladolid. The team has had the support of tutors from the University of Valladolid and the TecnoCampus Manuel Gomez and Luz Fernández.
