El Audiovisual Cluster of Catalonia is a value network that integrates two main business segments: Entertainment & Media, on the one hand, and Communication, Advertising and Events on the other. These include a long list of businesses in the areas of production, post-production, audiovisual and technological sets and parks, distribution and exhibition (also VOD platforms and festivals), production services, television and radio and podcast , immersive experiences (VR, AR, XR and holograms), video game, events and integrated systems, technology, and training. All of them make up an interconnected value network.

In the Audiovisual Cluster there are very diverse companies, among them from the technology sector and the TecnoCampus participates as a technology park. For the Degree in Audiovisual Media and the Degree in Design and Production of Videogames, it involves being able to participate and cooperate with the companies in the sector, since most television stations and production companies are part of them and interesting activities are carried out for the students of towards employment.
