The car park at the Tecnocampus Mataró-Maresme has opened its doors and will be free for the first month. It will be open on weekdays. During this month, the car park will be refurbished so that it is fully ready in the first week of November.

Distribution of plants
The car park has a total of 470 parking spaces and 24 motorbikes, spread over two floors. The places will be used for rotation and subscribers.

The ground floor or semi-basement, intended for rotation, has 191 seats, of which 5 are for people with reduced mobility, in addition to 3 for motorcycles and 2 for loading and unloading.

The basement, intended for season tickets, has 277 places for cars and 21 for motorcycles.

As for the accesses, the entry and exit of the vehicles is made by the avenue of Ernest Lluch or by the street of Tordera. Pedestrians also have two two-core accesses with stairs and a lift inside the site.

Marketing
The municipal company Gestió Integral de Trànsit Mataró, SL (GINTRA) manages and sells the car park together with the EPE TecnoCampus.
GINTRA will offer season tickets at special prices for workers, teachers, students and others interested. And as for the rotation seats, they will have a per minute fee.

Anyone interested in a parking space should go to the GINTRA offices, in Ronda de Rafael Estrany, 36, floor -1, or call 93 757 89 54.

Charging for electric vehicles
As part of the campaign to encourage the use of electric vehicles, two charging points for electric cars have been installed in this car park.
The purpose of the installed plugs is to provide a partial and emergency load and the cost of electricity consumption will not be calculated to the user, who will only be charged the occupancy rate of the place.
