Since last October, the TecnoCampus Mataró-Maresme Foundation, in charge of managing the park, has been partner network of EIT Health Spain, a community of knowledge and innovation in the sector promoted by the European Union through the Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT). The challenge is to consolidate one hub around the health cluster where all the agents of the value chain of the sector are concentrated to integrate and share resources in a collaborative way to become a benchmark in the sector and offer better socio-health solutions to people.

The TecnoCampus has the Chair of aging and quality of life, whose mission is to advance in the research and implementation of new models of approach and attention to the problems arising from the aging of the population and the promotion of improvement. of quality of life. EIT Health will enable TecnoCampus to open up to the European ecosystem in connection with approximately 150 partner organizations and their leaders in the worlds of business, research and education.
