Description


Radiophonic Practice is a fully practical course where students design, produce, perform and write and voice a radio program that is actually broadcast to their audience.

Over the course of three terms, the students, in groups of 4 or 5, are responsible for maintaining a stable production of their own on the radio grid, with the tutorship and help of the teacher. In this sense, all the knowledge acquired in previous introductions to the radio medium is put into practice and expanded.

At the end of the course the student must be able to:

Apply the techniques of scripting and writing radio products.

Create new narratives, expressions and sound resources with the radio language.

Design formats and structures of radio programs.

Coordinate the production of a real radio program.

Supervise the technical procedure of making a radio space.

Working methodology


100% 100% practical course. The student works in a group from the first day in the booth designing, producing and performing their radio space that will be broadcast on FM and radio online.

Content 1: The design of the programmatic format and structure

Description

The factors to be taken into account when designing a new radio program are worked on.

Application of knowledge of radio formats and their organization.

Description

Practice of production techniques, writing and radio appointment in order to create a regular edition of a radio space.

We perform all phases of live and recorded broadcasting for different spaces of the radio grid.

Activity 1: Real broadcasting of a stable radio program in a group

General description

In groups of 4 or 5 people, the design, production, realization, writing and actual broadcasting of a radio space is carried out over the course of three quarters.

It collaborates in tasks of coordination and promotion of the same program and of the transmitter.
