The subject of Interpersonal Relations is a cross-cutting subject within the Degree that will train students in the knowledge and application of basic tools for the development of human resources.

Understand the general foundations of the operation of people management in a company from its strategic, organizational, functional and social perspective.

Apply people management techniques and evaluate interpersonal relationships in the company.

Working methodology

Theoretical sessions
MD1.Master class: Expository class sessions based on the teacher's explanation attended by all students enrolled in the subject
MD3. Presentations: Multimedia formats that support face-to-face classes
MD4. Video capsules: Resource in video format, which includes contents or demonstrations of the thematic axes of the subjects. 

Guided learning
MD5. Seminars: Face-to-face format in small work groups (between 14 and 40). These are sessions linked to the face-to-face sessions of the subject that allow to offer a practical perspective of the subject and in which the participation of the student is key.
MD6. Debates and forums: Face-to-face or online conversations, according to the objectives that the teacher responsible for the subject pursues. 
MD7. Case study: Dynamics that starts from the study of a case, which serves to contextualize the student in a specific situation, the teacher can propose different activities, both individually and in groups, among their students
MD8. Role-playing games: Simulation dynamics in which each student plays a role specified by the teacher. As a "role", you will have access to specific information and will have to "play" its bases, according to the rules of the game, to solve or experience the reference situation of the dynamics.

Autonomous learning
MD10. Research and critical reading of articles. Students start from a working hypothesis that they will develop, following the phases of the research methodology, including the critical reading of articles.


This subject has methodological and digital resources to make possible its continuity in non-contact mode in the case of being necessary for reasons related to the Covid-19. In this way, the achievement of the same knowledge and skills that are specified in this teaching plan will be ensured. The TecnoCampus will make available to teachers and students the digital tools needed to carry out the course, as well as guides and recommendations that facilitate adaptation to the non-contact mode.

Evaluation system

The evaluation will consist of the continuous evaluation and with the following percentages:

• 10%: Participation and attitude (non-recoverable). 80% of the sessions must be attended.

• 20%: Written group work (non-recoverable). Any non-delivery of the final work will mean a mark of 0 of this part, the oral presentation will not be possible. 

• 20%: Oral presentation (non-recoverable). Any absence in the oral presentation of the work will suppose a note of 0 of this part.

• 50%: Final exam (recoverable). A minimum grade of 5 out of 10 must be obtained in order to be able to compute the other assessment items.

Those students who do not reach the minimum mark in the exam or the average of the course does not exceed 5 out of 10. They will have to go to recovery.

In the event that a student has failed, he / she will be able to go to the recovery of the final exam.

A student who has not taken the exam in the first call can NOT take the retake.
