I-Talent. Inclusivity, Innovation and Integration for the social and labor insertion of people with disabilities 2023-2024
I-Talent
This project was born with the aim of designing and implementing a training program aimed at people with intellectual disabilities: I-Talent University Specialization course for the socio-labor promotion of people with developmental disabilities and/or autistic spectrum, that promotes inclusivity, innovation and integration.
In the training, inclusive theoretical training classes are taught where sessions will be shared with similar subjects of the university degree, in such a way that they will favor that the classrooms are shared between the students of the program and the students of the university degrees, in addition, students are included with intellectual, developmental and/or autistic spectrum disabilities within the projects of undergraduate students so that projects that incorporate an inclusive perspective.
Through the AsEST it will be one of the key pieces for the inclusion of the young participants in the training program in the life of the university.

This project is born from the intention of wanting to offer comprehensive training to the students of the course that facilitates their personal development and an increase in autonomy. It is for this reason that they incorporate different participatory activities linked to university life in the TecnoCampus. The Student Association (AsEst) is a group of students whose purpose is to organize university activities, it will be a key piece for the inclusion of young participants in the program.
The following objectives are proposed;
-Expand the educational offer of university studies and adapt it to the group of young people with intellectual, developmental and/or autistic spectrum disabilities, with the aim of improving their academic training, their skills and abilities and the degree of labor insertion of this group.
-Fostering plurality in the university, developing a normalization experience within the collective's TecnoCampus community.
-Raising awareness of the importance of developing an inclusive university education.
The program consists of more theoretical subjects such as "What is a company?" and "Healthy lifestyles and work habits" where they will share a session with university degree students. They also have internships in companies and organizations in the territory.
Funding sources
The total amount of the project is €64.000, of which €60.000 is contributed by the ONCE Foundation and the European Social Fund+ 2021-2027.

Inclusiveness, Innovation e Integration for Insertion socio-labor of the people with disability" is presented through the "VII Call for the development of university training programs for employment aimed at young people with intellectual disability, development and/or autism spectrum enrolled in the National Youth Guarantee System.
