This program is an alternative to the creation of companies, from this initiative it is sought to promote the continuity of companies that are economically viable and a relief is sought in the ownership and direction of this.
In this process the transferor company, which is that company that has the project of transferring its ownership and management to a re-entrepreneur, either by transfer to workers or to third parties.
The program provides support throughout the process of the transfer of the company, from the first presentation meeting of the parties, to the signing of the sales contract, through the negotiation and mediation phases to reach an agreement.
Funding sources
