Description


Today's society evolves and transforms in a dynamic and multipolar way. Consequently, the way to enjoy leisure and tourism also does. For this reason, it is essential for professionals in the sector to carry out good analyzes to identify the resources that can become potentially useful for carrying out tourism activities.

The purpose of the subject is to know what the most suitable strategies and planning systems can be to create a solid foundation that facilitates the development of destinations and successful tourist products, both from the perspective of public management and from the initiative of the private company.

 

The classroom (physical or virtual) is a safe space, free of sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic and discriminatory attitudes, either towards students or teachers. We trust that together we can create a safe space where we can make mistakes and learn without having to suffer the prejudices of others.

Evaluation system


Activities, exercises and case analysis: 20% of the final mark. Not recoverable.

Subject work: 20% of the final mark. Not recoverable.

Final test: 50% of the final mark.

Attitude and participation in the classroom and discussion forums: 10% of the final grade.

In the case of not handing in the work by the specified deadline, it will be scored as 0.

 

To pass the subject, an average grade equal to or higher than 5 must be obtained. In the event of failure, the student will only retake the final test.

In order to have access to recovery, it is necessary for the student to have taken the final test.
