Description


The subject of Interpersonal Relations is a cross-cutting subject within the Degree that will train the student in the knowledge and application of the basic tools for the development of people management.

Understand the general foundations of the operation of people management in a company from its strategic, organizational, functional and social perspective.

NOTES:

- The classroom (physical or virtual) is a safe space, free of sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic and discriminatory attitudes, either towards students or teachers. We trust that together we can create a safe space where we can make mistakes and learn without having to suffer the prejudices of others.

Evaluation system


The evaluation will consist of the continuous evaluation and with the following percentages:

• 10%: Participation and attitude (non-recoverable). 80% of the sessions must be attended.

• 40%: Written group or individual work. Any non-delivery of the final work will mean a mark of 0 of this part and in case of oral presentation of the work will not be possible. 

• 50%: Final exam (recoverable). A minimum grade of 5 out of 10 must be obtained in order to be able to compute the other assessment items.

It will be necessary to take a minimum mark of 5 in the final exam and in the work to be able to make the average of the mark of the subject. Otherwise, those students who do not reach the minimum mark in the exam or the average of the course does not exceed 5 out of 10, they will have to go to recovery.

Recovery:
In the event that a student has failed, he / she will be able to go to the recovery of the final exam.
 

A student who has not taken the exam in the first call CANNOT take the retake.
