Description

Blockchain technology is revolutionizing many sectors. We have seen the Financial sector explode with DEFIs (decentralized finance), the Art sector with NFTs and metaverses, or the Gaming sector with the new play to earn paradigm.
The aim of this course is to provide students with the basic knowledge that will serve as a learning base to be able to develop a career in the field of decentralized finance and blockchain technology. 

Given the recent advances in Artificial Intelligence, module 6 will also be expanded to discover and learn to exploit this technology and see what the future trends are and how this can affect our professional future.

Topic 2: Impact of technologies on the financial sector
Topic 3: Financial assets and Crypto assets (trading)
Topic 4: NFT and metaverses
Topic 5: Gaming
Topic 6: Application of Artificial Intelligence
Topic 7: DAO decentralized Autonomous Organizations

Evaluation system

Continuous assessment through active participation in the classroom and digital communication skills channels.

Evaluation of the presentation of a topic of interest related to the subject/own project.

Evaluation through a test-type final exam of the materials explained in class.
