Show knowledge and skills for the coordination of the departments of purchasing, supply, production and distribution of a product to any company, analyzing different types of techniques
Select and use quantitative instruments for decision making and contrasting economic hypotheses
Operations within the company are the backbone to transform different types of resources into products and services and are also present in all business functions.
This subject introduces the student to the field of management of the operations carried out by companies in order to obtain the product -good or service- that they offer to the market.
Scheduled content includes the necessary knowledge that affects the strategy of the operating system and the knowledge to manage the system.
This subject has methodological and digital resources to make possible its continuity in non-contact mode in the case of being necessary for reasons related to the Covid-19. In this way, the achievement of the same knowledge and skills that are specified in this teaching plan will be ensured.
The TecnoCampus will make available to teachers and students the digital tools needed to carry out the course, as well as guides and recommendations that facilitate adaptation to the non-contact mode.

The subject will be composed and evaluated according to the different concepts:
The final grade (NF) will be calculated using the expression NF = 0,55 EF + 0,15 AE + 0,3 TG. To successfully pass the subject, EF must be equal to or greater than 4 out of 10 and NF equal to or greater than 5 out of 10. In the event that any of the above conditions are not met, the student may exercise his right of recovery. .
Recovery: Only the final exam mark can be recovered (55%). A minimum grade of 4 out of 10 will be required to complete the grade point average. That is, in recovery the same variables (examination and continuous assessment) with the same weights are maintained.
A student who has not applied for the first call CANNOT apply for recovery.
