This subject is developed from the point of view of its importance in tourism and its contribution to the income of the regions, as well as its contribution to the adjacent area where they are located (port-city relationship), bearing in mind take care of the environment.
Likewise, it deals with the form of management of the marinas and their marketing.
The classroom (physical or virtual) is a safe space, free of sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic and discriminatory attitudes, whether towards students or teachers. We trust that together we can create a safe space where we can make mistakes and learn without having to suffer prejudice from others.

The final mark will be the weighting of the grades of the activities carried out throughout the term and the final exam.
To pass the course, the final grade must be greater than or equal to 5 points out of 10.
The presentation of the final exam is a necessary condition to obtain a grade for the course.
A minimum of 5/10 or 10/20 points is required in the final exam to be able to average with continuous assessment. Otherwise, that is, a grade of 4,99/5 or 9,99/20 points or less is obtained in the final exam, you will go to the make-up exam.
You must take the Final Exam to be able to take the Make-up Exam.
In case of not attending the final exam, the student will receive the grade of "Not presented" and will NOT have the option to present the make-up exam. The elements of continuous evaluation are not rrecoverable
If the student does not attend the make-up exam, he/she will keep the SAME Qualification previously obtained.
In case of attending the Remedial exam, the student will obtain the new ACORD Qualification according to the following criteria: Remedial Exam: 50% Continuous Assessment: 50%
For the elements of continuous assessment, the grades obtained regularly during the course will be maintained.
The evaluation will take into account the following aspects with the ratings indicated:
• Tasks aimed at virtual assessment and/or mandatory forums: 40%
• Written work in PDF or Power Point indicating consulted sources: 10%
• A final exam where the students' understanding of the subject's topics will be assessed: 50%
Important:
The grade of the final exam must be greater than or equal to 5 points out of 10 to be able to make the average with the rest of the grade.
Only the final exam can be made up. Students who do not take the final exam are not entitled to the make-up exam.
