Description


Subject framed in the matter of direction of operations.

The course aims to introduce students to the basic concepts, principles and foundations of quality management in the company, considering products and services.

Quality is presented from a strategic perspective, highlighting the importance of process management. 

The classroom (physical or virtual) is a safe space, free of sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic and discriminatory attitudes, either towards students or towards teachers. We trust that together we can create a safe space where we can make mistakes and learn without having to suffer prejudice from others.

Weekly Test Set: 15%

Internships: 20%

Partial exam: 25%

Final exam: 40%

Any activity not handed in or handed in late will be considered scored with zero points. Failure to attend a session is automatically excluded from the evaluation of the corresponding activity, being considered scored with zero points.

Any act of plagiarism or fraudulent action means direct failure with zero (0) in the evaluation of the subject.

The recovery exam replaces the partial and final exams (65%). The set of weekly tests and practices are not recoverable.
