The subject of Human Resources I is a cross-cutting subject within the Degree that will train the student for the knowledge and application of the basic tools for the development of human resources.
It is a well-known fact that companies are imbued with an important component of interpersonal relationships, which is why it is essential to know in depth what value human capital has in the world of organizations.
It is important to know that the company is an integrating system with the society that surrounds it, where individuals with different needs must relate, identify with business policies and at the same time must be transformed into human groups cohesive by achieve certain goals for the common good. Not to mention that the company must adopt a commitment and a social responsibility with its particular policies such as respect for its environment.
NOTE: This subject has methodological and digital resources to make possible its continuity in non-contact mode in case it is necessary for reasons related to the Covid-19. In this way, the achievement of the same knowledge and skills that are specified in this teaching plan will be ensured. The Tecnocampus will make available to teachers and students the digital tools needed to carry out the course, as well as guides and recommendations that facilitate adaptation to the non-contact mode.
Define human resource management policies
The teaching methodology applied to the subject will be:
- Master classes: the teacher will teach the knowledge encouraging participation and debate
- Seminars: the professor will work with the different work teams the application of the theoretical knowledge in a transversal case of the asignatura
- Resolution of complementary activities
- Cinefòrum: there will be screenings of three films related to the knowledge of the subject and then a debate will be generated.
You will need to bring your laptop to the seminar sessions.

The evaluation will consist of the continuous evaluation and the following percentages:
Recovery. In the event that the student has failed, he / she will be able to go to the recovery, but only for those parts that he / she has not passed, maintaining the percentages mentioned on the final grade. Students who have not taken the ordinary exam or will not be able to take it will not be able to be evaluated.
